Bienvenue sur notre aire privée pour camping-cars, nichée sur une charmante colline – un havre de paix en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique sur toute la vallée.
Au centre de la propriété se trouve une petite bâtisse du XIXe siècle avec une façade et une tourelle, entourée de vieux murs en pierre – vestiges possibles d’un ancien poste de surveillance ou de défense.
Le terrain offre de vastes terrasses avec tables et chaises, idéales pour se détendre et échanger. Vous y trouverez une salle de bain, des branchements électriques, de l’eau potable, ainsi qu’un potager luxuriant avec des herbes aromatiques comme le romarin, la menthe et la sauge à disposition pour agrémenter vos plats.
Toute la zone est librement accessible, avec de grands espaces verts et une terrasse panoramique au sommet de la colline pour admirer le paysage.

COMMENT NOUS TROUVER :
En approchant de l’adresse, vous verrez deux colonnes avec un portail ouvert. Passez le portail et suivez la route qui monte jusqu’au parking.
EMPLACEMENT :
Notre aire se trouve à moins de 4 km du centre historique de Cividale del Friuli, site classé au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Accessible facilement en vélo ou en 40 minutes de marche à travers la vallée.
La frontière slovène est toute proche : Kobarid à 30 minutes, Bovec à 50 minutes. Les stations balnéaires de Grado, Lignano et Bibione sont accessibles en moins d’une heure.
ACTIVITÉS :
De nombreuses activités sont possibles dans les environs : randonnées, balades à vélo, dégustations de vin dans les caves locales, ou encore visites de grottes.

Welcome to our private camper stop, nestled on a charming hill—a peaceful retreat in nature offering a magnificent view over the entire valley.
At the center of the property, there's a small 19th-century building with a tower and a facade, surrounded by old stone walls, once part of a lookout or defence post.
Our grounds feature spacious terraces with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxation and socialising. Amenities include a bathroom, electricity connections, drinking water, and a lush vegetable garden with seasonal produce—including rosemary, mint, and sage—to flavour your meals.
The entire area is yours to explore, with expansive green spaces and a hilltop terrace inviting you to pause and take in the panoramic views.

HOW TO GET THERE: As you approach the address, you'll see two columns with an open gate. Proceed through the gate and follow the road up the hill until you reach the parking area.
LOCATION: Our camper stop is less than 4 km from the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site worth visiting. The town is easily accessible by bike or a pleasant 40-minute walk through the valley.
The Slovenian border is nearby: Kobarid is just 30 minutes away, and Bovec is approximately 50 minutes. The Adriatic resorts of Grado, Lignano, and Bibione are all reachable in under an hour for a smooth daily trip.
ACTIVITIES: During your stay, enjoy various activities nearby, including hiking, cycling, wine tours, tastings at local wineries, and more...
For a unique experience, guests can rent a Vespa or Quad bike (request at least 24 hours before).
Additionally, within 20 minutes, you can participate in fun Quad bike tours suitable for all levels and perfect for families.

Das Gelände bietet großzügige Terrassen mit Tischen und Stühlen, ideal zum Entspannen und geselligen Beisammensein. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Badezimmer, Stromanschlüsse, Trinkwasser sowie ein üppiger Gemüsegarten mit saisonalem Gemüse – einschließlich Rosmarin, Minze und Salbei zur Verfeinerung Ihrer Gerichte.
Das gesamte Areal steht Ihnen zur Erkundung offen, mit weiten Grünflächen und einer Panoramaterrasse auf dem Hügel, die zum Verweilen einlädt.

En el centro de la propiedad hay una pequeña construcción del siglo XIX con fachada y torre, rodeada de antiguos muros de piedra que podrían haber sido parte de un antiguo puesto de observación o defensa.
El espacio cuenta con amplias terrazas con mesas y sillas, perfectas para relajarse y compartir. Hay un baño, conexiones eléctricas, agua potable y un huerto con productos de temporada, como romero, menta y salvia para condimentar tus platos.
Toda la zona está disponible para que la explores, con amplias áreas verdes y una terraza panorámica en lo alto de la colina.

Al llegar verás dos columnas con una puerta abierta. Entra y sigue el camino que sube hasta el área de estacionamiento.

L’area offre ampie terrazze con tavoli e sedie, ideali per rilassarsi e socializzare. I servizi includono un bagno, allacciamenti elettrici, acqua potabile e un rigoglioso orto stagionale con rosmarino, menta e salvia a disposizione per insaporire i vostri piatti.
Tutta la zona è a vostra disposizione per essere esplorata, con ampi spazi verdi e una terrazza panoramica in cima alla collina dove fermarsi ad ammirare il paesaggio.

COME ARRIVARE: All’arrivo, noterete due colonne con un cancello aperto. Attraversate il cancello e seguite la strada che sale sulla collina fino a raggiungere l’area parcheggio.
POSIZIONE: La nostra area sosta si trova a meno di 4 km dal centro storico di Cividale del Friuli, sito UNESCO che merita una visita. Il paese è facilmente raggiungibile in bici o con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 40 minuti attraverso la valle.
Il confine sloveno è molto vicino: Kobarid è raggiungibile in 30 minuti, e Bovec in circa 50 minuti. Per chi ama il mare, le località adriatiche di Grado, Lignano e Bibione sono tutte raggiungibili in meno di un’ora.
ATTIVITÀ: Durante il soggiorno potrete scegliere tra numerose attività nei dintorni: trekking, ciclismo, tour enogastronomici, degustazioni in cantina e molto altro.

Welkom op onze privé camperplaats, gelegen op een idyllische heuvel – een rustige plek in de natuur met een prachtig uitzicht over de hele vallei.
In het midden van het terrein staat een klein gebouw uit de 19e eeuw met een gevel en een torentje, omringd door oude stenen muren – mogelijk ooit een uitkijk- of verdedigingspost.
Ons terrein beschikt over ruime terrassen met tafels en stoelen om te ontspannen en samen te zijn. Er is een badkamer, elektriciteitsaansluiting, drinkwater en een weelderige moestuin met seizoensgroenten, inclusief rozemarijn, munt en salie om je gerechten op smaak te brengen.
Het hele terrein staat tot je beschikking, met veel groen en een panoramisch terras bovenaan de heuvel om te genieten van het uitzicht.

BEREIKBAARHEID :
Bij aankomst zie je twee zuilen met een open poort. Rijd erdoor en volg de weg omhoog tot aan de parkeerplaats.

De camperplaats ligt op minder dan 4 km van het historische centrum van Cividale del Friuli, een UNESCO-werelderfgoedlocatie. Het stadje is bereikbaar met de fiets of via een aangename wandeling van ongeveer 40 minuten.
De Sloveense grens is vlakbij: Kobarid ligt op 30 minuten, Bovec op ongeveer 50 minuten. De Adriatische stranden van Grado, Lignano en Bibione zijn bereikbaar in minder dan een uur.

Wir haben uns bei Luisa und frederico sehr wohlgefühlt und sind spontan eine Nacht länger geblieben. Die beiden sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben bei Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Der Platz ist zu teilen noch im Aufbau, aber jetzt schon sehr schön mit modernen Toiletten, großen Stellplätzen und einer schönen Aussicht. Wir sind gespannt, was alles noch umgesetzt wird und kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir konnten ganz unkompliziert über WhatsApp Kontakt auch abends spät noch anreisen. Es ist ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort, man kann auf mehreren Ebenen parken und hat Ausblicke ins Tal. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und verschönert kontinuierlich sein großes Gelände, das durch die alten Gemäuer (ehemals Kirche, dann Restaurant, jetzt sein Privatwohnsitz) ein ganz besonderes Flair hat.
Himmlische Ruhe! Toller Stellplatz, sehr gerade, mit Strom und Wasserversorgung. Auch ein sauberes Bad ( noch ohne Dusche) ist vorhanden. Tolle Terrasse an alten Gemäuern. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sprechen perfektes Englisch aber auch andere Sprachen. Laut ihrer Aussage wird es weiter ausgebaut so das irgendwann die fehlende Dusche dazukommt. Nachts gibt es hier so gut wie keine Lichtverschmutzung, so dass man einen tollen Sternenhimmel betrachten kann

After being turned away from two other spots in pouring rain, the owner warmly welcomed us here – and looking back, we’re so glad it happened, as this place is simply amazing! The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and you can really feel that he wants to share his unique home with others. It’s truly special that he opens up his own "garden" for guests, creating a peaceful oasis of relaxation. The location is perfect: quiet, surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. For nature lovers and anyone looking to escape daily life, this spot is ideal. We’re almost grateful for the rain for bringing us here! A place we will definitely recommend and return to. Many thanks to the wonderful host!

Ein wunderschöner Platz, mit einer sauberen Toilette, einem gerade Stellplatz und einer Terrasse, die zum verweilen einlädt. Dazu in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Die Altstadt ist nicht weit weg und gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Besitzer vom Stellplatz ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Platz.
