The Plankenhof motorhome parking area welcomes you! UNFORTUNATELY, RESERVATIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE! CARAVANS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Here's how our parking area works: 1. Press the green button on the entrance pillar for your KeyCARD. 2. Drive to your spot and choose a parking space. 3. Scan the QR code on your KeyCARD and initiate the mandatory registration of all persons under "Guest Registration"! 4. Pay at the cash desk shortly before departure. You'll find a newly landscaped terrace parking area with the following services: • 24-hour check-in and check-out anytime • Sanitary building with... (Toilets, showers, washing machine, dryer, sinks) • Electricity (16A): Activate it by placing the KeyCARD on the transponder and then plug in the cable. • Dump and fill station • Waste disposal • Beverage vending machine • RV wash station • Bashi's grilled chicken (open until 19:00, closed on Sundays) You'll find a convenience store (Spar) just around the corner. Attractions like the Schwazer Silver Mine and Swarovski are only a few kilometers away! Safe travels to Pill near Schwaz!

The Greiterhof is a rustic farm with a restaurant above Meran with spectacular views. The restaurant is open in the evenings on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is enough space in our wonderful parking lot for 4 large vehicles (VW Bullis, panel vans and the like are permitted). We use our own farm products to conjure up a 3-course menu for €33 from the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. Check-in only possible on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with a written request via email. Please do not call. Arrival from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. On other days this space is used for other purposes and therefore cannot be used as a parking space. Our campsite is right in the middle of the most beautiful holiday area in South Tyrol. Never heard of the little apple village of Gargazon? Well, that's because we're an insider tip. We are called KOMODO because everything here is so comfortable, well-kept and cozy. And because with us you can start long bike tours, walks, mountain hikes, swimming, shopping tours and skiing adventures right in front of the camper door. CLOSE TO NATURE AND WELL CONNECTED Our KOMODO Camping Gargazon has the ideal location for adventurous campers. Whether on the way through or for a longer stay - you can even find us at night without detours near the MEBO exit between Bolzano and Merano. The idyllic village center of Gargazon is just a few minutes' walk from our campground. Here you have everything useful and pleasant at hand: from the camper service to the supermarket, butcher shop and bakery to the shoe shop, from the pizzeria to the snack bar to the organic restaurant and the orchid world. Just a stone's throw from our campsite is the chemical-free Gargazon natural swimming pool, the apple nature trail, the tennis courts with bar, the skate park, the Gargazon bus and train station with connections to the state capital Bolzano (21 km) and the spa town of Meran (11 km). everything that lies in between.

Our family-run camper pitch offers gravel pitches (partly shaded) and meadow pitches, all of which have a power connection. We also offer showers and toilets as well as handicapped-accessible showers and toilets, dishwashing sinks, garbage disposal, disposal of grey water and chemical toilets, free WIFI, drinking water and the South Tyrol Guest Pass with which our guests can use all public transport free of charge. Right next to our pitch is our restaurant/pizzeria/bar, which is open from Monday to Saturday. Our pitch is under video surveillance and lit at night. Dogs are allowed free of charge and are welcome.
