not allowed to fill up water if you do not stay for the night. You cannot use any service (we were here out of the season) even if you want to pay. Very friendly staff though, they gave us directions to the visitor centre for the water

Le camping était plein en cette mi-octobre et on comprend aisément pourquoi. Les tarifs sont très raisonnables, tous les services sont inclus (lave-linge, douche, électricité,...). Le lieu est agréable, calme et tout est très propre. je reviendrai sans problème

Super Lage, um in alle Richtungen zu erkunden! Platz ist schön und ruhig. Die Duschen und Toiletten sind sehr sauber, super modern und angenehm. Und, extremer Vorteil, waschen und trocknen von Wäsche ist umsonst möglich! Es gibt einen großen Trockenraum, wo man Jacken und Schuhe aufhängen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden hier!

Neu renovierte und moderne Sanitäranlagen (Duschen und Toiletten). Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Great campsite with modern facilities which were very clean. We had a hardstanding pitch with electric hook up which was very level. Very good location to explore the north east part of Skye.

Guter Platz, um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir sind hier drei Nacht geblieben. Alles da was man braucht. Viele midges - aber wi gibt es die nicht?

Un excellent camping, propre et bien disposé. On a particulierement apprécié les machines et sèches linges à disposition et le trajet a pied jusqu'à la ville.

Camping de très bonne qualité et à taille humaine. Il y a même une salle pour sécher vos affaires mouillées ce qui n'a pas été notre cas avec ce superbe soleil d'Ecosse. Pensé à réserver votre restaurant en Août car Portree est très convoité donc nous avons finalement mangé à notre van après avoir enchaîné les restos complets.

Beau camping avec toutes les commodités, un bon accueil, des sanitaires magnifiques, modernes et propres. Laverie gratuite mais très convoitée. 37₤ pour 2 en van, un peu cher mais prix cohérent pour Skye avec les services.

El mejor camping en el que hemos estado hasta el momento. Todo de 10, parcelas niveladas, baños impecables con secador de pelo Dyson, lavadoras y secadoras gratuitas, a 20 minutos andando a Portree... en resumen todo muy bien. Reservar con tiempo porque suele estar lleno.

Camping très accueillant. Environnement agréable. Emplacements sympas et plats sauf certains emplacements pour tente. Douches propres. Machines à laver performantes et très convoitées. Sèches linges un peu lents mais c’est gratuit ! Rapport qualité prix Ok pour Skye !

1 Nacht, die sehr gut war. Kostenlose Wäsche, Stellplatz mit Elektrizität hatte bei uns auch eine große Bank und Tisch zum Sitzen. Dusche und Toilette hat super geklappt. Wenn man nicht zur Hauptzeit alles nutzen möchte, war es direkt ohne Warten möglich.

Personal muy atento y simpático. Muy buenas instalaciones. Lo único que las lavadoras y secadoras están constantemente acaparadas y hay pocas duchas por lo que hay que estar muy atento a cuando se queda una libre.

Great stay. We booked short notice for two nights and got a spot with no electricity. The campervan spots are super level and terraced a bit so everyone has a view. Free wash and dry. Only a few showers but I never waited. Staff was very friendly. 20 minute walk onto Portree.

Traumhaft schöner Platz, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Herzliche Begrüßung. Waschmaschine und Trockner umsonst. Sanitär modern und sauber. Fussläufig zur Stadt Portree mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Bars. Immer wieder.

Were friendly however we were unable to deposit our black waste and fill up water when we weren’t staying the night. Asked if we can give them some money to do so however politely declined

Really lovely, modern site. Warm welcome when we arrived, and were able to accommodate our request to be near the showers and washing machines. Near new showers. Free washing and drying however it’s not industrial machines and the drying took forever and was not very effective. We went by taxi to Portree Hotel and it was a 20min walk back to the site. Recommend!

Great site with picnic benches on every pitch. Stunning views and a short walk into Portree. Brilliant toilet and shower facilities with an honesty box for home baking too

Ruhig gelegen, 2 km von Portree auf dem Weg zum Old Man of Storr. Sanitär gut ausgestattet und sauber, klare Empfehlung!

Great little site. Showers and toilets are excellent. could just do with another shower in each block as there are only 2 in each. very good overall.

Where do I start, what an amazing site, shower blocks are state of the art very clean and warm, Dyson hair dryers in both male and female toilets. The washers and dryers are all FREE and even come with wash powder, within the same room as washers is a drying area to dry boots, 3 washing up sinks and a separate sink to wash heavily soiled clothes. Can’t fault this site at all, 20 minute walk into the town

À 30 mn à pieds de Portree. Camping vaste avec des emplacements bien délimités. Les sanitaires sont très propres et surements très récents.

Nice campsite. You need to book in advance due to closeness to Portree and lots of attractions. Excellent heated modern showers and toilets. Just needs some hooks for your clothes.

Schöner, recht großer Platz mit Aussicht über die Berge. Duschen/Toiletten sehr schön und sauber. Alles, was man braucht, ist da und funktioniert wie es soll. Ich würde in der Hochsaison vorbuchen, wir haben 1,5 Tage vorher reserviert und dem letzten großen Pitch mit Elektrizität für den Tag erwischt.

Service nur für Übernachtende. Uns wurde empfohlen am Schwimmbad zu duschen. Sehr freundlich, aber trotzdem schade.

je ne sais pas si c'est parce que le temps était plus vieux mais on a été très très mal accueilli et refusé sous prétexte qu'il n'y avait peut-être pas de place... ceci dit on venait que pour une nuit peut-être que ça plaît pas je ne conseille pas la personne qui vous accueilli n'est pas sympathique du tout

Amazing site. Great Mountain View’s. Free laundry. Very clean toilets and showers. Maybe need a mop for the floors once showers have been used. Dyson hairdryers. Friendly welcome. Free wifi. Tent pitches are on a hill. Flat motorhome pitches. 5 mins from Portree. Only issue was a man used the female showers with his wife/partner. I think they were French but it made me (female) uncomfortable.

très bon accueil dynamique. attention les emplacements son très exposés au vent car sur une hauteur. les sanitaires sont très récents, propres ! . La laverie est gratuite (lave linge et sèche linge) c’est un vrai plus, pas mal de machines, dans une pièce avec des prises pour recharger nos appareils électroniques

Endroit parfait pour débuter la boucle de l’île de Skye. Les sanitaires sont récents et propre. L’accueil et le personnel est vraiment top. Il y a un peu de tout : tente, campervan, etc. Proche de Portree à pied. Nickel.

Very nice here! The bathrooms are great, new and modern, all clean. The ladies bathrooms offer a Dyson hair dryer! Water in the sink comes from a mixed tube, that’s amazing! The dishwashing room is ok. new washing machines and dryers are provided. All in all very good Place to stay a few days! Friendly staff is always asking if everything is ok! The small town Portree is very close and nice.

Superbe camping, on se croirait en pleine nature, alors qu'il est plutôt proche de Portree. Les emplacements sont propres et spacieux, les sanitaires sont neufs, bien chauffés et une pièce séparée pour la vaisselle et la laverie dont le prix est inclus!!! les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous recommandons fortement. très bon rapport qualité/prix

Super camping pas trop cher (52£ pour 2 nuit à 2 en van). Les toilettes et douches paraissent neuves et il y a de quoi faire une lessive et la vaisselle. Le terrain est grand et assez plat. Portree est à 25min à pied.

Nous sommes venus sans réservation et il y avait toujours de la place, personnels très accueillant. Les sanitaires sont neufs et très propre, espace blanchisserie inclus. Nous avons payé 43£ pour un camping car.

Hay que reservarlo por internet, puedes hacerlo en el mismo día sin problema. Tienes que escoger el lugar conforme el vehículo por la longitud y si quieres electricidad. Hay lavadoras y secadoras, bastantes duchas, baños, mangueras, aguas grises y negras. Lugar bonito y tranquilo, una parada para descansar y recargar todo lo necesario para continuar el viaje. No tiene tienda ni cafetería.

Great site with good level pitches for motorhome. We called & booked the night before and team were really helpful. Laundry available on site. £2 for 25 minute express wash & £3 to dry. Showers & toilets slightly outdated but not a major issue, they were very clean. Great base for a visit to Skye.

Personnel très agréable. Mon faible niveau d’anglais m’a amené à réserver un emplacement tente au lieu de campervan. Aucun soucis, il y avait une annulation et avec un petit supplément nous avons pu y passer la nuit. Les emplacements sont très proches les uns des autres. Le sanitaires femmes sont corrects mais mon conjoint n’a pas du tout apprécié ceux des hommes.

Really great campsite. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and we had a great stay for the night. All the facilities were good and clean and the views from the campsite were lovely.

Toller Platz! Freundlicher Service, gute Sanitäreinrichtungen, schöne hardstanding pitches (was bei dem vielen Regen sinnvoll ist). Absolut zu empfehlen!

Nous avons payé 35£ pour la nuit. L’accueil est chaleureux et correct. Les emplacement sont vraiment spacieux avec une table pour chaque van, rien à redire de ce côté là. En revanche, nous n’avons pas eu d’électricité toute la nuit … Nous avons également été déçus par les douches pas très chaudes avec un espace douche absolument pas chauffé.

Sehr freundlicher Check In! Leider sind die Waschräume kalt, feucht, nicht vernünftig gesäubert, alt. Die Duschen müssen alle 10 Sekunden neu gedrückt werden, man steht ständig in der Kälte. Föhn fällt von der Wand. Es gibt keine Hygienebeutel geschweige denn Mülleimer dazu bei den Damen. Wiesen für die Zelte sind uneben. Campervan Plätze sind eben. Total überteuert für das was geboten wird.

Camping pratique à Portree entouré de montagnes. Accueil très sympathique, tout est bien expliqué. Point fort: une grande pièce fermée pour faire la vaisselle et laver son linge, idéal par temps de pluie!

Complet et ne font pas les services aux externes

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour demander d'utiliser les services eaux grises et noires même en payant mais refus catégorique, encore plus frustrant quand on se gare à 2 mètres du service disponible pour demander l'autorisation.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce camping. Il était plein et nous n'avions pas réservés. Ok. J'ai donc demandé si on pouvait simplement faire les services en payant bien sûr (vider les eaux usées et prendre de l'eau potable). Nous avons eu un refus. Vraiment pas sympa!!!

Sehr netter Empfang. Habe hier 2 Nächte gebucht um zu waschen und die Insel zu erkunden. Die Stellplätze waren super! Als Etagen auf Kies angelegt, mit Strom in der Nähe und toller Aussicht. Selbst Wifi hat fast immer funktioniert. Sanitär war schon was älter, aber ok.

Lovely campsite in the beautiful island of Skye! Good pitch, beautiful views Free wifi We didn't use the facilities on site (we usually use ours). Good motorhome service point (fresh water, sewage area for grey water disposal). Friendly, efficient staff We booked a taxi at 8 am to drive us in 5-8 min to Somerled Square, in the center of Portree, for a tour of the highlights. Wonderful tour!

Endroit charmant. L'accueil est parfait. Les douches sont correctes mais il y a possibilité d'améliorer le dispositif. Eau chaude, sanitaire propre, aire technique facilement utilisable. L'emplacement du camping est bien situé pour profiter des merveilles de l'île de Skye. Village à 25 minutes à pieds avec un trottoir tout du long !

Wunderschöner CP mit ausgezeichneter Lage, um die Insel zu erkunden. Zu Fuß sind es circa 25Minuten bis ins Städtchen. Wir zahlten für zwei Nächte mit Strom, für 2 Erwachsene £66. Die Sanitäranlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok gepflegt. Ob man um 21Uhr zwingend Rasen mähen muss sei dahin gestellt. Alles in allem jedoch ein schöner Ort.

tolle Aussicht vom Platz aus und schön geräumig die Parzelle, die Duschen sind alt, das Personal war war auf einer Hochzeit, wir mussten selbst einchecken, hat aber funktioniert.

parcelas buenas y con vistas guapas,pero los aseos y duchas mejorables la lavadora y secadora no son industriales por lo que los programas son muy largos ,en mi opinión poco práctico para un camping Al pueblo, que está guapo y con ambiente, 30 minutos caminando por acera y buena zona me parece caro pero hay poco más alrededor

Check in en self service. Sanitaires un peu rudimentaires et non chauffés mais propres. Bel emplacement. À 25 minutes à pied sur centre-ville environ.

Schön gelegen, gut ausgestattet, aber mit 49 £ die Nacht sehr teuer. Aber eine der wenigen Möglichkeiten fußläufig vor Portree zu campen. Die Mitarbeiter waren teilweise sehr unfreundlich.

Der CP war in Ordnung. 'Self check in' problemlos. Es hängt eine Liste aus, wo die Namen mit Platznr. draufstehen. Wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man jederzeit die sehr netten Mitarbeiter ansprechen. Sanitäranlagen alt, aber sauber. Online Reservierung unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ca. 25 min fußläufig nach Portree.

Top: sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreiber, saubere Duschen und Toiletten, tolle Aussicht auf die Cuillin Hills. Negativ: alte Sanitäranlagen, viele Mücken, Aussicht von kaum einem Pitch, sehr voll und dafür wenig Toiletten.

Netter junger Campingplatz. Sehr freundliches Personal, da es mit dem online zahlen bei uns nicht klappte hat sie uns per Mail einen Platz reserviert und wir konnten vor Ort zahlen. Sanitäranlagen etwas alt aber sauber.

Für vergleichbar geringe Stellplatzkosten bekommt man einen Terassenförmig angelegten, großen, befestigten Stellplatz mit viel Wiese drum herum. Der Platz liegt direkt an der Straße, ist aber perfekt abgeschirmt vom Verkehrslärm. Junge Betreiber geben sich viel Mühe und sind super nett. So kann man aktuell eine Waschmaschine kostenlos benutzen. Nach Portree kann man über eine Farm laufen.

Compared to the facilities we found in the outer Hebrides before coming to Skye, we rate this a 3. The plots were nicely set out, with good recycling and water facilities and the bench was a big plus. The toilet shower block is dated with terricotta tiles, stainless steel sinks and the floor always wet, so it isnt certain how clean it all is. Quite a walk to Portree (so we drove there and back).

Optisch sehr schöner Campingplatz, leider war kein freier Platz für unser 7,5 Meter Wohnmobil mehr frei. Für kleinere wäre noch Platz gewesen. Daher: Reservieren! Wir durften als Ausgleich die Versorgungseinrichungen für 3 Pfund nutzen.

Close to Portree, fantastic place, very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities bit cold, well maintained grounds, good spaces between Caravans. Dog s are welcomed. No extra charges. £29 per 2 adult.

Enjoyed our stay very much! The showers were not perfect, but I think they suffice the needs when you are traveling by campervan. Very popular as the site was almost full by 8pm!

Très bel endroit où nous nous sommes arrêtés une nuit. Il y a cependant beaucoup de monde et les emplacements sont en pente …les sanitaires sont propres mais seulement 2 douches chez les femmes, ce qui n’est clairement pas assez pour un campement aussi grand. Sèche cheveux chez les femmes mais pas chez les hommes. Nous avons payé 29£ pour un campervan, 2 adultes et power. Calme malgré tout la nuit

Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Aussicht, zentrale Lage auf Isle of Skye. Außerdem ist der Besitzer super nett und hilfreich. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind zwar nicht ganz neu, aber sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Wir können den Platz absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Wir haben 29£ pro Nacht bezahlt.

nous avons payé 39 livres nous sommes 2 adultes et 3 enfants . les douches sont assez sommaires . la vue est très chouette ! nous avons été un peu baladé par les bourrasques de vent la nuit mais ça nous a bercé ! la machine à laver est disponible pour 2 livres (en express) et le sèche linge pour 2 voire 4 livres (mais nous avions fait deux machines .) les services fonctionnent bien.

Wir waren hier, um die Abwasser- und Frischwasserbestände zu erneuern und auch die Chemietoilette zu entsorgen. Wirklich ein super Platz, sehr nette Angestellte und saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Wir empfehlen weiter! :)

Super schön, man ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist sauber, die Toiletten und duschen sind völlig genügend, ich hab richtig heiß geduscht, hier in Schottland irgendwie nicht ganz selbstverständlich, wir haben gefragt ob wir unsere Campingküche in den großen wasch und Spülraum stellen dürfen, kein Problem! De Besitzer ist super nett, es hat Waschmaschinen eine kleine Gefriertruhe und einen Wasserkocher bei unserer Ankunft. Total schöner Ausblick. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Regal mit hausgemachten Gebäckstücken, die man kaufen kann. Anreise ist von 10:00-20:00Uhr möglich und wir haben für einen geschotterten, sehr geraden Platz ohne Strom für zwei Personen 25€ die Nacht gezahlt. Total gut?

Lovely owner very welcoming. We stayed in a roof tent, owner offered the chance to move to sheltered tree line in case wind was to get up. Great place if your in a roof tent and need a sheltered night.

Great first impressions from friendly staff and well laid out pitches. £29 per night for a SWB campervan with two people and electricity. Sanitary blocks definitely not modern - as advertised - with old-fashioned showers and drafty buildings. Recommend using the block to the right of reception, which has normal showers. The other block has push-button showers that give you a few seconds per push.

Volevo fermarmi una notte ma era tutto pieno. Mi sono limitato al carico e scarico delle acque, tutto gratuito. Gestore gentilissimo.

Stiamo trascorrendo in questo momento due notti in questo campeggio. Favoloso tutti i servizi soso funzionanti e attivi i signore della reception è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi spiegazione. Piazzole in ghiaia ma molto bene tenute ottimo qualità prezzo. Si puo arrivare fino alle 8 pm.

Platz ausreichend groß für Womos, Sanitäranlagen veraltet, wackelige Wasserhähne, Klodeckel. Sauberkeit ausbaufähig. Reception und Ansprechpartner erschwert erreichbar,trotz offizieller Öffnungszeit. Für Hunde nur bedingt geeignet, da sehr wenig Auslauf auf und vom Campingplatz weg, da große enge Straße ohne Bürgersteig.

camping ideal pour un stop sur l'île. en dehors de la ville donc un peu de marche à faire pour aller en ville. Au calme et simple, tout ce qu'il faut pour les services... Attention pour manger en ville. restaurant vite plein en Aout... le fish and chips de la jetée... un régal. (Le roi Charles 3 et sa femme sont passés dans ce fish and chips)

Drukke camping maar daar zelf geen hinder van gehad alleen bij de wasmachine en droger. Vriendelijke beheerder. Uitzicht vanaf onze pitch was fantastisch! Zeker een aanrader op Skye. Zelf had ik al geboekt in maart.

Grand camping proche de Portree . Côté motorhome ça ressemble à grand parking en gravier mais ça reste un bon camp de base pour visiter le nord de l’île. Sanitaire ok mais douche moyenne.

Purtroppo è richiesta la prenotazione ed era tutto occupato. I gestori, gentilissimi, ci hanno comunque consentito di fare il Camper service gratuitamente. Il Camping si presenta bene ed è a 20' a piedi dal Paese che ha un Supermercato che chiude molto tardi la sera.

This campsite is good for a pit stop. If you want to hook up to the electricity, empty your chemical toilet, use the showers and get your laundry done this is the place. The washing machines were free to use. The site is busy and the showers weren't that warm. We paid £29 for one night. Good for getting things serviced, but lacking in wow factor.

Wir konnten unseren Platz kurzfristig für eine Nacht buchen. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sauber und ordentlich.

Bon camping, simple et efficace. Sanitaires et douches propres. 3 machines à laver et 3 sécheurs (gratuit pour les machines, 1£/30 min de sécheur). A 1,5km du centre de portree. Pas de boutique ou superette (faire les courses avant d’arriver).

Camping bien situé, pas de bruit de circulation, sanitaires propres, pas mal de machines à laver et séchoir (mais système de paiement un peu contraignant à la laverie, à la demi heure). Si vous pouvez, demandez emplacement 1, 2 ou 3 pour camper van avec électricité, beaux emplacement en bordure de camping.

Middelmatig. Grote plaats met enkel kiezels voor de motorhome, geen gras om op te zitten. Daarnaast vuil sanitair, vuilbakken vol met papieren doekjes, net als de vloer. Aangezien het een grote camping is, dient er toch minstens 2x per dag onderhoud van het sanitair plaats te vinden

Lugar tranquilo y bonito, el señor que nos recibió muy amable. Reservamos el día antes ya que nos avisaron que en la isla de Skye los campings se suelen llenar, y efectivamente hubo gente que se quedó sin sitio. La secadora no secó la ropa, y eso que pusimos 2, 2£ lavadora y 3£ secadora Baños aceptables.

Einfach nur wow. Der Besitzer super freundlich, die Aussicht atemberaubend, Anlage sauber, tolle Atmosphäre und 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Städtchen. Was will man mehr?

Great Campsite with friendly staff

Schöner Campingplatz nahe dem Old Man of Storr und dem kleinen Ort Portree. Das Personal ist super nett und preislich liegt der Platz wie die meisten anderen in Schottland. Die Sanitäranlagen sind ziemlich alt und könnten mal renoviert werden. Zum Duschen reicht’s aber allemal.

Lovely well organised campsite. Toilet block with 2 showers and separate shower block. Fantastic hot showers! Peaceful nights sleep. Paid £25 for the 2 of us in our Vauxhall combo on a hard stand pitch. Would definitely return.

Can’t argue with this place! We turned up and we got a spot. Quite a big site with plenty of different pitches. All facilities were good (arguably a little dated? You had to keep pressing the shower button for it to work) but ultimately it was a nice site and would come back if we were campervanning here again.

Lave-linge, sèche linge, toutes les commodités pour remplir et vider les cuves (même le tuyau de grande longueur pour l’eau potable). Lessive à 1£ pour 20 min (2£ pour express) 1£ pour 30 min séchage.

Cracking little campsite within 10 minutes walk of Portree. The site was very clean and well organised and very quiet. Can’t fault it in any way. Cost us £58 for 2x nights in a decent pitch with power.

Cracking spot, great views and good proximity to Portree. Spacious motorhome pitches on gravel topped concrete (probs not the best if you wanted to peg anything down). Perfect place for us for a couple of nights. Will definitely come again. Will get the sun all day if it decides to show. We booked in advance, probably advisable as Skye can be quite rammed with tourists during the holidays.

We were on Skye mid October and this was one of the few sites still open where we could empty our grey water etc. We were met by a very polite young man who only charged us £3 to use the services and he also allowed us to park up and have our lunch. Great place and fantastic service. The view was also amazing.

Stayed here for a night - lovely site. Not busy (end of Oct) so we turned up without a reservation. Site is locked at 10pm, so we felt safe and secure. Nice, friendly staff. Husband used showers - said they were hot, but there are only two, so you may have to wait if it’s busy. Had sheep opposite us and a great view of the mountains. £25 for two of us in motorhome. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr schöner Campingplatz. Ich habe 20 Pfund bezahlt. Van + eine Person. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sind nicht beheizt, die Duschen aber mit schön warmen Wasser! Der Besitzer war sehr nett, hat mir sogar Werkzeug geliehen, da ich etwas reparieren musste. Waschküche und Waschmaschine vorhanden, dort kann man auch Geräte laden.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour prendre une bonne douche chaude le cadre est magnifique et le patron est très sympa les sanitaires sont nickels chrome vraiment rien à redire !!!

Leider war der Campingplatz ausgebucht. Wir konnten aber kostenlos frisches Wasser holen und auch entleeren (sehr netter Mitarbeiter!). Für 2£ pro Person durften wir auch duschen. Sanitäranlagen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber heißes Wasser und Föhn vorhanden. Der Platz sah ansonsten super aus. Wir wären geblieben, wenn etwas frei gewesen wäre. Fußläufig nach Portree.

Der strategisch vielleicht am besten gelegene Platz auf der Skye. Sehr schöne Lage am Ortsrand von Portree, zu Fuß 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Schöne Pitches, viele davon aber sehr schräg. Tolle Zelterwiese. Schafweiden direkt angrenzend. Sanitärs leidlich ausreichend und OK. Ohne Reservierung geht nix, schon gar nicht, wenn man Strom braucht.

Only used it as a water refill but they let us refill for free. Campsite looks big and well tended.

Super camping, facile d’accès avec une vue magnifique. Accueil très sympathique, toutes les commodités sont présentes. Portree est super agréable à pied.

Il y a une règle immuable dans les campings : plus vos blocs sanitaires sont décrépits, moins les campeurs en prennent soin. Résultat, attendez-vous ici à des choses pas très propres, des WC bouchés qui débordent, du dentifrice au fond des lavabos, etc. Mention passable pour le "chemical waste", le trou est au niveau du sol, le tuyau mesure 50 cm, est percé à mi-hauteur et vous pisse dessus.

Comme dit dans les commentaires précédant, sanitaire peut être un peu vieux mais fonctionnel, 3£ pour 2 personnes pour les douches, à ce prix là on est pas trop regardant, le gars était vraiment sympas en plus de ça. Le camping avait l’air sympas aussi.

did not stay as there were no vacancies but we were allowed to empty toilet and fill water for £3 absolute bargain. the owner was very friendly seemed like a friendly cute campsite.

el chico que lo gestiona muy agradable y cercano. nos permitió hacer cambio de aguas y vaciado de nuestra autocaravana por 3£. Incluso nos ofreció los baños del camping. todo lo contrario a Staffin Caravan & Camping Site, que si no pagas por dormir no tienes servicios.

Sehr gute Lage um die Insel zu erkunden. 20 Minuten bis in den Ort entlang der Straße zu Fuß. Plätze auf Schotter für Wohnmobile und auf Rasen für Zelte. Alle Einrichtungen vorhanden. Sanitäre Einrichtungen etwas veraltet. Sehr netter Besitzer.

Sehr schön angelegter Campingplatz mit sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Portree ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal, haben noch einen Platz am Rande bekommen, obwohl eigentlich ausgebucht war.

Un vrai camping comme on se l’imagine. Pas de chichi ici... Prix : 29£ pour un Van, 2 personnes. Douche+élect+wifi inclus. Machine à laver (3£) et sèches linges (3£). Sanitaires très sommaires. Camping un peu bruyant, beaucoup de tentes donc on entend tout. Une étoile pour l’accueil et le gérant. D’une grande sympathie et gentillesse! Aucune réservation au préalable n’est exigée !

Der Campingplatz war bereits ausgebucht, als ich spontan nach einem Stellplatz für die Nacht gefragt habe. Aber stattdessen durfte ich für ein paar Stunden an den Stromanschluss eines Zeltplatzes, um wenigstens die Batterie des Campers wieder aufzuladen. Der Betreiber war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Stayed April 2022. Lovely staff, great views, wifi and easy to book. Showers and toilets are a little tired, pitches are a bit wonky and we weren’t able to empty dirty water in the morning as the drains were being fixed. However, a great stop over to see the North of Skye (and beyond).

Stopped here to refill water tank and empty porta-potty. Cost 5£, only a few minutes out of Portree, immaculate site, friendly guy. Perfect. Showers, loos closed due to Covid. Leave no trace

Recht großer, sehr gepflegter Campingplatz mit schöner Aussicht. Duschen und Spülraum gibt's auch, nur für die Wohnmobile gab es keinen Rasen, nur Schotter. Insgesamt wunderbar, netter Stop auf unserem Roadtrip.

Lovely very clean site with all amenities. About 25 min walk downhill into Portree a bit longer walk back uphill. Local bus service available from outside camp gates. Grass pitches and hard standings. Good information leaflets etc from reception. Great location for a day or so in Portree.

Campingplatz hat für uns ohne Strom 21 Pfund gekostet. Strom würde dann nochmal 3 Pfund extra kosten. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick da wir rechtzeitig da waren. Gegen Abend war der Platz allerdings voll und jeder Platz besetzt. Es war ruhig, die Sanitären Anlagen waren ausreichend vorhanden und sauber.

On est entassé sur les autres , toilettes non chauffés, douche froide non réglable, cher pour ce que c'est, ne recommande pas. point positif : les 2 moutons qui se promène dans le camping le matin, très marrant .

Camping con todos los servicios. Se puede solo cargar agua y vaciar depositos. Decidimos cargar solo agua y la chica fue muy amable. Nos cobro 2 pounds por el agua y podiamos vaciar aguas grises y negras. Los lavabos estaban muy limpios y las instalaciones son comodas pero muy sencillas para el precio de la estancia: 29 pounds 2 personas, con electricidad. No aceptan tarjetas de credito.

Nice Camping place between a small river and sheeps. You have to arrive on time to get a pitch for the night. We paid £21 (attention: cash only) for a VW Bulli with 2 people. Facilities are ok and the staff is friendly.

Really nice campsite. Stayed 2 nights. Friendly staff, very decent equipment. Clean and accessible. Great base camp to visit Skye. Showers are included in the price, which is always nice (payed 9 pounds per night for a car). Wifi is 1 or 2 pounds depending on the duration.

Juste un peu venteux mais très bon service, patronne disponible. 2.5 pounds pour machine à laver et idem pour sèche-linge. 10 penc pour sèche-cheveux. 20 livres pour une voiture et 2 personnes. Nous avons chargé tous nos appareils à l'accueil sans problème. Tout est très propre et l'eau de la douche bien chaude !
