on n'a pas pu se garer à cet endroit, trop en ville et pas sûr d'y être autorisés.. Galway n' est pas fait pour les camping cars.. on est partis plus loin sans visiter
Parking payant avec seulement 5 places. Séjour maximum 24h. Nous avons demandé au personnel si nous pouvions passer la nuit, ce à quoi ils ont répondu oui à condition que ce soit payé. C’est payant et affiché et vous devez avoir un ticket visible en vitrine. C’est le seul parking de la zone sans limite de hauteur. À 5 minutes à pied des pubs, restaurants, boulangeries, etc.
Paid parking lot with only 5 places. Maximum stay 24h. We asked the staff if we could stay overnight which they said yes as long as it’s paid. It’s pay and display and you must have a ticket visible in the window. It’s the only Parking in the area without height limit. 5min walk to pubs, restaurants bakery’s etc.
Bezahlter Parkplatz mit nur 5 Plätzen. Maximaler Aufenthalt 24 Stunden. Wir fragten das Personal, ob wir über Nacht bleiben könnten, und sie sagten ja, solange es bezahlt wird. Es ist Pay-and-Display und Sie müssen ein Ticket im Fenster sichtbar haben. Es ist der einzige Parkplatz in der Gegend ohne Höhenbeschränkung. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu Kneipen, Restaurants, Bäckereien usw.

ahds8824/07/2024Only 5 spaces, expensive to park over night but very good location and we didn’t mind spending 40 euros between us as we had a big drive down and needed to just stop and get settled for the night, very safe place although you think is it when you arrive but yes, only issue is very nosey all during the night with traffic. However worth a shot!

Si buscas un lugar para moverte por el centro de la ciudad, es perfecto. Si lo que quieres es tranquilidad y silencio, no. Calle con mucho tráfico, ruido de trabajos en el puerto desde muy temprano, etc. Tuvimos la suerte de que no funcionaba la maquina para cobrar el parking y hemos pasado la noche gratis.

There are five spots with no height restriction, but it's €2.30 per hour (€15 max 24hrs does not apply for those spots). Other than that it's good, very close to the center and relatively quiet

Sehr guter Parkplatz, vor der Barrierer sind 5 Plätze ohne Höhen beschränkung für 24h. Bei den hinteren Parkplätzen ist eine Barriere für 2 Meter Höhe. Die zwei Meter stimmen jedoch nicht, wir konnten mit unserem VW (2.10 Höhe) Problemlos durch, denke bis 2.20 Meter passt man locker durch.. ebenfalls für 24h - 15€ was völlig legitim ist. Direkt am Zentrum. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice parking lot but has height bars to limit vans/campers. Couldn’t fit. Most public lots in Galway have these built in to limit use of vans/campers.
