We offer free parking on a clean, hard surface with 24/7 access, simply in return for joining us for a few drinks or a bite to eat at the pub. Once booked, guests receive the access information required for the automated entrance barrier and washroom facilities. The entrance and exit barriers operate 24 hours a day, making arrivals and departures convenient. Check-in: From 1:30pm Check-out: By 12 noon Late check-out may be available when added to the reservation. Riverside Mooring Guests arriving by boat can reserve one of our private mooring pitches beside the park. Moorings include access to fresh water and shore power, with secure gated access from the park. Please note that Rooskey Bridge may need to be lifted for certain boats, so guests travelling by water should check bridge arrangements before arrival. Fishing and Onsite Tackle Store Rooskey is well known for excellent coarse fishing and pike fishing on the River Shannon. Our onsite Tackle Store stocks bait, lures, flies and other fishing essentials. Friendly advice is also available for guests hoping to make the most of their time on the river. Food, Shops and Local Amenities A Centra convenience store is located directly beside the park, making it easy to pick up groceries, newspapers, fuel, ATM and other essentials. An onsite food court operates at the front of the park, with Yer Man’s Pizza serving freshly prepared pizzas—perfect after a day of touring, fishing or exploring. Several pubs are within walking distance, including: * Reynolds Bar * Noels Bar * Coxes Bar Additional restaurants and takeaways are available in nearby Dromod, Carrick-on-Shannon and surrounding towns. A camping site that is simply breathtaking. Kerry Cliffs is a place that offers you enough privacy, the unique opportunity to camp right on the cliffs, with views that you will surely remember. There are toilets, water refilling facilities and our cafe where you can buy food and hot drinks. Campers have access to the cliffs all the time.
