Possible de se garer sur le parking du visitor center pour la nuit 2000 ISK/ personne (toilettes et douches compris) c’est propre. Si vous avez payer la nuit vous pouvez rester garer pour la journée afin de ne pas repayer le parking de Pingvellir. Recharge en eau gratuite, il faut demander à l’accueil. Électricité en supplément (quelques bornes dispo). Pratique pour une nuit mais pas charmant.

Parking espectacular. Precio unos 13€ por persona con baño y ducha con agua caliente incluida. También tiene una zona de merenderos y lavabos al exterior para verano. Para invierno un fregadero interior con lavadora y secadora por monedas. Solo hay un puesto de electricidad y para cargar vehículos eléctricos. Parking precioso se pueden ver auroras toda la noche

Endroit calme et joli. Sanitaire propre et chauffé. À proximité des lieux touristiques.

Parking exterior de la tienda del parque, sin ninguna pretension, sin mas servicios que WC muy funcionales, lasduchas nos las usamos, zona lavado platos cerrado por temperaturas negativas. Eramos unas 4 furgos aprox. Espectacular para ver auroras.

camping que te cobran sin poder usar ningún servicio,lo único que podías era ducharte. Está todo embarrado y no puedes entrar. si llegas tarde, a la mañana siguiente temprano te dejan un papelito para que pagues. no se podía entrar dentro y tenías que quedarte fuera. Zona de excursiones para ver auroras por la noche.

Der Platz besticht mit seiner Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Region. Der Platz selbst ist Standard. Ausreichend Stellplätze und zu wenige Duschen. Unter Umständen sind die Wege zu den sanitären Einrichtungen weit. Wir waren froh, dass wir zum einen früh hier waren und zum anderen das Wetter gut war. So genossen wir den Platz!

Bon lloc per visitar el parc, te uns bons sanitaris (dutxes / WC / Cuina ) pero a l'abril tota l'area d'acampada a l'herba estaba impracticable pels campers, nomes es pot acampar al parking de devant de la oficina d'informacio.

All needed services were available. Sanitary utilities clean and decent.

One of the best in Iceland. I stayed here a total of 18 nights on my trip. The rangers at the visitor centre are knowledgeable of all trails and local area. the facilities are cleaned daily. Showers are free and nice and hot. All facilities included! My favourite place, I will miss it.

Wunderschöner Platz mitten im Nationalpark. Allerdings konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht auf die Wiese auffahren. Man durfte aber auf dem Parkplatz davor seinen Camper abstellen um dort zu schlafen

Als wir ankamen, war der Platz aufgrund des starken Regens in den vergangenen Tagen gesperrt. Einige Autos sind in dem nassen Untergrund wohl stecken geblieben. Der Ranger hat uns dann ganz unkompliziert auf dem davor liegenden Parkplatz übernachten lassen. Sanitäreinrichtungen sind tiptop; das Wasser zum Abwaschen ist nicht nur warm, sondern knalleheiß. Die Umgebung ist natürlich der Hammer...

The campsite is easy to access and has everything you need. It misses a kitchen though/ common room. Because of that we rate it with a four.

Grand terrain très calme au milieu du parc et près du lac. Très belle vue et super emplacement. 1800 ISK par personne, douches et WC inclus.

Excellent first experience of a campsite in Iceland - expect it will go downhill from here!! Loads of space, electricity hookups (not all that many), clean toilets (heated loo paper!), hot, clean showers, quiet, nice views, all good for day one. See what we have to suffer tonight…

1ere nuit sur notre roadtrip qui s’est très bien passé, le gérant est accueillant, les sanitaires sont propres, nous sommes à proximité de PJÒDGARDUR National Park. Attention, je n’ai pas vu de salle commune. Pas de wifi aussi sauf au petit resto / magasin à l’entrée du camping que nous captons internet.

Very basic facilities, but the heated toilet was pleasant. at the end of May basically a swamped meadow, so most of the campers had to park along the road. Location in the national park very convenient. Friendly and knowledgeable rangers.

Great camping - Plenty of spots and electrical outlets - Spent 2x nights from 02/05/24 --> 04/05/24 Only 2x showers and 4x WCs but there was mostly noone when we came here so it was good Small shop with basic items (toothbrush, cold wear) & basic food Would recommend

Keine WC oder Grauwasser- Entleerung, Parken nur neben den Müllcontainern möglich. 2.133 ISK für 1 Wohnmobil und 1 Person. Das ist zu teuer

We stayed here in April 2023, plenty of spaces for campervans and good facilities. Beautiful views and very quiet and peaceful at night

Llegamos a las 5am y pudimos aparcar para dormir y pagar por la mañana, espacio muy grande. Duchas con agua caliente y baños. Cafetería y pequeña tienda. En recepción te dan info sobre los lugares cercanos para visitar

If you arrive late, you can just park and pay in the morning. Clean toilets. There's a small shop open during the day. Lots of parking spaces. This is a busy parking tho, very popular. We saw some buses of people following an Aurora tour stop here to look for the Aurora lights.

stayed here in Feb 24, access to a shop/cafe which will get busy in the morning with people passing through. nice showers, toilets and electric hook up. we saw the northern lights here perfectly, it was a clear night and zero light pollution. recommend staying here to be surrounded by natural beauty. reason it's not 5* is because there's no communal/cooking area which I get isn't always poss.

ce camping est au top pour nous! acceuil très sympatique avec plein d explications sur le coin. douches très propres, chauffées. coin lingerie aussi chauffé. dans le tarif de 1300 par personne, les douches sont comprises ce qui est loin d être le cas partout!! il est parfait ! merci

No nos quedamos porque prácticamente no tiene servicios en Invierno. Se aparca en el aparcamiento al lado de la carretera y la zona común está cerrada al anochecer

Lugar bonito, muy limpio, con buenos aseos con calefacción dentro de ellos.

Unserer Meinung bestest Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Nette Ranger die alles erklären wenn man ankommt.

Camping agréable, avec suffisamment d’emplacements pour que chacun puisse avoir son espace. Sanitaires (toilettes et douches) chauffées, et propres. Tables de pique-pique. 4 toilettes et 2 douches (chaudes, mais l’eau chaude peut s’épuiser!). 4 blocs éviers (avec eau chaude) pour faire la vaisselle. Impeccable.

pas cher, personnel sympa, calme. je conseille juste petit bémol, je comprends pas le principe de chauffer les toilettes pour faire son petit besoin au chaud et après prendre une douche froide ...

Camping à prix accessible 1300 ISK par personnes avec une voiture une tente. 2 douches chaudes 4 WC. Grand espace des deux côtés de la route pour camper. Une boutique pratique pour acheter quelques trucs à manger (pas de baguette fraîche le matin). Un peu de bruit (proche de la route) et quelques moucherons. A 5min de Silfra pour la faille et bonne emplacement pour visiter Pingvelir.

Camping genial para autocaravana. Baños limpios y bien aclimatados. En el mismo parque nacional, genial para hacer trials. La pega que no hay duchas.

Einer der besten Plätze! Wunderbar in der Natur gelegen und großzügig angelegt. Gut beheizte saubere Duschen und Toiletten, Frischwasser mit Schlauch auf Nachfrage beim hilfsbereiten NP Personal. Toll das der Nationalpark hier so einen Platz anbietet. Kosten 3200 ISK für 2P und Van.

Stayed here for a night. Lovely heated toilets and showers. Picnic bench under a cover in case it rains which was good. You park in the car park in the winter. Centre is open 9-5 and if you come after 5pm you may get a note on your vehicle advising you to pay before you leave. Bonus that visitor centre has coffee and cake :-)

A 6 minutes en voiture de Thingvellir. Parfait pour y passer une nuit. La réception est ouverte de 9h à 17h mais vous pouvez vous installer soit sur le parking devant l'aire, soit sur la plaine à droite avec accès à l'électricité (le chemin est un peu cabossé mais accessible avec un van de tourisme, et l'entrée se situe entre un panneau et un gros rocher). 3500 ISK pour deux avec électricité.

On s’est retrouvé ici bloqués par une tempête de neige. La laverie chauffée à été bien utile ! Wc et douche très propre. Petit dej dans le visitor center. Emplacement parfait pour visiter pingvellir puis partir vers Geysir et Gulfoss.

Emplacement proche de la cascade de Thingvellir et d'une chouette randonnée. 2600isk pour 2, toilettes et douches comprises, éviers couverts pour la vaisselle, pas de cuisine. Petite boutique avec petit déjeuner varié, livres et autres souvenirs. On peut arriver tard et payer le lendemain matin, personne très sympathique à l'accueil qui nous donne une carte et nous conseille sur la randonnée.

Stunning landscape ! Quiet and roomy. Good location the make the golden circle. Exterior kitchen, toilets ok. We payed on the morning at the information point. Possible to take breakfast here.

Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Connected to a gift shop so you can buy a few food items and souvenirs. Parking lot was large. Showers were hot. Highly recommend!!

Camping comodo all’ingresso del parco. Due docce calde e ampie, con luce interna nel caso si arrivasse tardi. 4 bagni ampi e puliti.

Camping pratique avec douches chaudes. Sanitaires propres. Possibilité de laver /sécher le linge (prix dépend du temps). Prévoir des pièces. Grande pièce pour étendre du linge, très pratique. 2 petites tables permettent de prendre un repas à l'abri (prises d'assaut). Le gérant laisse un petit papier sur le part brise pour le reglement qui s'effectue au visitor center à partir de 9h.

Très bón camping, où le gerant est sympa. Il vous met le petit papillon súr le pare-brise et vous laisse dormir. Beaucoup de place, les douches,sanitaires et eviers sont en nombre suffisants, possibilité de laver son linge. Attention: beaucoup de moucherons comme dans toute la region.

Great that we can camp in the NP! Big grassy area. 4 outside sinks + tables. 2 showers with hot water included in the price. Toilets. Pay at the visitor center in the evening or morning. 1300isk each.

We were here the 25th of June 2022. Coins for washing machine and dryer aren't anymore included in the camping fee. Each token costs 800 isk. Showers are free.

Première expérience en camping car. Donc pas d'attente particulière. Cadre très sympa, la rangers est passée le matin pour le paiement. Nous n'avons profité que de l'accès électrique. Le petit plus : se réveiller avec un manteau de neige le matin ! Passage en mai 2022

nice park up with great views of mountains. plenty of space for many vans. Con: showers cost extra and also have low pressure so not enjoyable. the outside sinks for washing aren't turned on, however there's one indoors which can be used.

In the night, the entrance to the camping is not very well indicated. Its on the right side of the Information Office. The toilets are a bit far from the parking place so whith bad weather its not comfotable. Also the place to eat its outdoors but with a roof. The sinks, the four of them, didnt have water.

One of the best you will find in Iceland. Has only two showers and 4 toilets. Has also washing and drying machine.

Große Campingwiese mit Platz für 50 Fahrzeuge direkt im Nationalpark. Schöne Plätze im hinteren Teil des Campingplatzes. Leider unterdimmensionierte Sanitäranlagen mit nur 3 WC und 2 Duschen, außerdem direkt an der Straße gelegen.

Sauber und schöne große Wiese.

Super camping. 2 douches chaudes (compris dans le prix) et une laundry. Calme. Dépôt d’aliments laissés par les campeurs précédents. Top !

Après la visite de Pingvellir camping à 4 km dans un champ avec électricité. Douches gratuites, toilettes avec abri pour les campeurs. Perdu de tout donc calme. Petit restaurant à 20 m ou on peut faire quelques courses. A découvrir.
