Ein hübscher Platz in historischer Kulisse
Parc de mobil-homes avec emplacements camping, caravane et camping-car. Il y a une aire de caravanes et de camping-cars séparée du reste du parc avec ses propres toilettes. Calme avec de superbes vues. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et il y a un magasin sur place et de nombreux espaces intérieurs. À quelques pas de deux belles plages.

park with its own toilet. Quiet with great views. Owners are very helpful and there is an onsite shop and lots of indoor areas. Short walk to two lovely beaches.
Wohnmobilstellplatz mit Stellplätzen für Camping, Wohnwagen und Wohnmobil. Es gibt einen vom Rest des Parks abgetrennten Wohnwagen- und Wohnmobilbereich mit eigener Toilette. Ruhig mit toller Aussicht. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und es gibt einen Laden vor Ort und viele Innenbereiche. Kurzer Spaziergang zu zwei schönen Stränden.

Tranquilo con excelentes vistas. Los propietarios son muy serviciales y hay una tienda en el lugar y mucho espacio interior. A solo pasos de dos hermosas playas.
Parco di case mobili con piazzole camping, caravan e camper. C'è un'area separata per roulotte e camper dal resto del parco con il proprio bagno. Tranquillo con una splendida vista. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e c'è un negozio in loco e molto spazio interno. A pochi passi da due bellissime spiagge.
Park van stacaravans met kampeer-, caravan- en camperplaatsen. Er is een apart caravan- en campergedeelte van de rest van het park met een eigen toilet. Rustig met geweldig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn erg behulpzaam en er is een winkel op het terrein en veel binnenruimte. Op steenworp afstand van twee prachtige stranden.

veromanu5926/07/2025Un cadre étonnant : grande pente pour monter à la réception avec les mobil homes rangés de chaque côté. Très bon accueil du responsable qui s efforce de parler français. Sanitaires très corrects (douche à jeton), bâtiments remarquables transformés en salon, salle de billard, cuisine, laverie. Un bémol car nous étions installés sur la partie latérale du camping sans aucune vue. Et pas cher !

We really liked it here, very peaceful and amazing views. Facilities are great. Only giving it 4 as the older buildings (ruins) feel sad, would be great to see some restorations!

Une vue extraordinaire. Des gérants extra. Anciennes salles du châteaux en cuisine et qmsalle de jeu :-). Le petit plus, une épicerie. Bref, parfait!

Lovely place not too far from beach. Good for dogs, spacious sites and good facilities. Well laid out and maintained.
krys974m03/07/2025Très bon camping, bien situé à 15 min de Kinsale. Gérant très accueillant, et parlant même quelques mots de Français. Toutes les commodités y sont (électricité, eau grise, noire, eau de remplissage) Jeux pour enfants. Machine à laver et sèche linge. Très belle vue sur la mer...

bloethnek05/06/2025Super toller und ruhiger Platz. Sanitäranlagen in Ordnung. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Wir haben heute eine 15 km Wanderung am Antlantik gemacht. Die See war rau, die Brise steif, der Strand menschenleer.

Also, ich hab den Campingplatz aufgrund der Bewertungen ausgesucht und war vollends enttäuscht. Die Sanitäranlagen sind wirklich ekelhaft. Total dreckig. Die Duschen werden mit Münzen betrieben und sind auch nicht gerade sauber. Eine halbe Minute ist rum bis das Wasser endlich warm wird. Der „Erwachsenenbereich“ ist zwar ruhig, eine saubere Toilette findet man da auch. Aber es gleicht eher einem Parkplatz als einem schönen Campingplatzbereich. Von dort ist alles total weit weg vom Schuss. Man kann nicht anständig mit den Hunden gehen, nur über den Campingplatz und das Meer ist nur über eine stark befahrene Straße auf einem teilweise vorhandenen Bürgersteig erreichbar. Ich würde nicht mehr hinfahren.

Origineller Platz an einem alten Herrenhaus und einer Herrenhausruine - sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Servicehaus ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung: kleiner Laden an der Rezeption, Camperküche, großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Fernseher und Sofas. Die Stellplätze sind alle durch Hecken abgetrennt. Schöner, gemütlicher Campingplatz !

A quiet and peaceful place. There is a playground for children and a good sanitary block. There is no sewage disposal, but water can be filled. 1 €/5 minutes for a shower. Blue Flag beach is 2 minutes away by car. 35 €/24 hours, 2 adults, 2 children, 4 tokens for showering. Pets are allowed.

Très bon accueil avec choix de l'emplacement. 1 nuit, 2 adultes en voiture tente de toit à 25 euros ( 1 euro par douche de 5min) Les sanitaires sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. Un belle plage est à proximité (5min en voiture) Plusieurs équipements disponibles : jeux, cuisine, salon etc.

Excellent place. We stayed for 3 nights. Play area and games room for the kids. Adults area with TV and sofas. All facilities listed were available and working. On-site pizza take-away Thur-Sun. Very friendly staff. We turned up in August without a booking and there was plenty of space. Cycled our bikes down to Garretstown Beach for swimming and rock-pooling. Bus into Kinsale every few hours.

First tried calling them for hours to no avail and tried emailing. Finally just went, At reception was told phones lines were busy, no phone visible. Told to park in an area which was difficult (8m) van to get in to. Black waste opposite side of the park and unable to access grey due to size van and its location. Water provided at each pitch had little pressure all. I would avoid unless small van.

Beautiful place and friendly host and few minutes from the beach. it's good for kids with a big play park and play rooms. the showers were warm and powerful.
NinaDam19/07/2024Pour une nuit mais pas plus. Les espaces pour les vans sont très en pentes car le peu d'espace plat est réservé au tente et caravane. Même avec les cales, nous avons dormi penchés! Et les sanitaires n'étaient pas propres. Le seul plus, les jeux pour enfants top.

Beau et grand camping, vue sur la mer, plage à 2km. Plein d'emplacements libres lors de notre visite, camping très calme. Jeux pour les gamins, salle commune avec TV, petite épicerie.

Camping bien equipado(parque infantil, cancha, salones)Buen precio, las duchas están incluidas. Las plazas son anchas lo que muchas no estan niveladas. No hay agua en la plaza.

When we arrived we were the first ones to stand on the lawn which we thought was for small campervans and tents. Within two days the small ground was packed including with big motorhomes. In the end it felt tight like a sardine can. I don’t know what the management thinks about this, but my impression is, they don’t care.

Ein sehr ruhiger und gepflegter, weiträumiger Platz. Es gibt viele Stellmöglichkeiten.Dusche kostet 1€.

We didn’t get a reply from either email or phone call, (this seems to be a common problem) took a chance and turned up, plenty of space. If it’s full there are beautiful park ups on the front by the sea, 2 minutes away. As said previously great site and just joined ACSI. €20 inc shower, campervan, 2 people.

TOP. schöne Lage, günstig, 1 VAN, 1 Person, inkl. Strom 20EUR + 1EUR je Duschvorgang (welcher ausreichend ist, vorsicht! Wasser schaltet sich spontan ab, ohne Vorwarnung) Mein Navi hat mich von oben über einen sehr kleinen Weg geführt. Besser ist die Anfahrt direkt von unten von der Strasse. Entsorgung Grauwasser mit direkter Anfahrt kaum möglich.

Camping agréable avec très bon accueil. Vue magnifique sur la campagne verdoyante. on aperçoit aussi l'océan avec le bruit des vagues. Sanitaires très propres. Ce domaine a une histoire. Pour une personne, un véhicule avec tente de toit, électricité et jeton pour une douche chaude (15€). Très raisonnable. A conseiller.

Accueil très sympa, Camping très propre. Douche chaude ( 1 euro les 6 min ), acheter le jeton à la réception. Emplacement pour camping car avec tous les services pour 30 euros la nuit.

This place is a former manor estate with some of the old buildings now used for camping hospitality services. Great management with creative ideas. We arrived on a Sunday and could join with our van the drive-in bingo in the courtyard. Had lots of fun. Good sanitary facilities, shop, kitchen, laundry, even small own take-away pizza service. Fair high-season price with 34 euros for a campervan plus 4 people and electricity.

Great stopover for one night to service all the van needs and get a good warm shower (€1). The cost was €25 for the night on a hard stand with electric but price going up tomorrow as the peak season kicks in. Busy site with loads of people about. Shop on site is quite good and reasonably priced

Was für ein toller Platz, historische Gebäude aus 1702 für Camping und Mobilheime hergerichtet. Restauration geht weiter. Viel Platz alles vorhanden sehr freundliche Besitzer. Auch ein kleiner Shop ,Küche für Backpacker mit allem was man braucht zum Wohlfühlen. Haben 23€ mit Strom und Dusche für Womo bezahlt.Platz zum Aussuchen. Bis jetzt der schönste Platz in der Gegend für uns.

beau petit camping avec une belle vue. belles installations, notamment les jeux pr enfants. un peu cher (40€ la nuit sur un emplacement herbe avec elec). bon accueil avec conseils de visite.
