CAMPING IN NATURE – CLOSE TO THE CITY:
Ly Outdoor Camp is located in peaceful natural surroundings just outside Silkeborg, yet close to the city centre. The lakes are only a few hundred metres away, and hiking, running and MTB trails start right by the camp.
MOTORHOME-FRIENDLY CAMP:
Motorhomes are welcome on dedicated motorhome pitches as well as regular camping pitches.
PRICES (INCL. 2 PERSONS):
• Low season: approx. 30 € / night
• High season: approx. 34 € / night
• Electricity: approx. 7 € / night
EASY ARRIVAL – EVEN OUTSIDE RECEPTION HOURS:
If your pitch is booked, you can drive directly to it. You can also book online upon arrival by following the instructions on the sign by the door at the reception.
COMFORT:
All guests have access to hot showers and kitchen facilities in the main service building. Outdoor cooking facilities are also available.
No coins, cards, codes or chips needed – doors are open, and showers start with a simple push. Wastewater disposal and fresh water refill are available at the small service station. Black water disposal is located behind the main service building.
RECEPTION & CAFÉ:
In our small café and reception, you’ll find a warm welcome and local tourist information. We offer local ice cream, local beers, a cup of hot barista coffee, a selection of snacks and cold drinks. During high season, bread service is available.
Free grocery bikes are available for guests, and the nearest supermarket is only 1.5 km away. A local sourdough bakery is located approx. 2 km from the camp.
SHARED FACILITIES & RELAXED ATMOSPHERE:
The Social House offers indoor seating and space to gather on rainy days. Outdoors, the Social Area features a campfire spot and room for informal socialising. From time to time, we host social dining and small events.
ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES:
Kayaks and canoes are available for rent. Children can enjoy outdoor play areas, a playground and a jumping pillow. Fishing nets and terrariums are available for exploring nature.
Some of Denmark’s best MTB trails and scenic hiking routes are located nearby in the Søhøjlandet area.
