A great stop to visit the city. Very reasonable cost considering the free bus rides into town. pity the bins were overflowing. But otherwise, 5 star.

Perfect place again, Thank you Canterbury Council. It is a pity though that some people wish to run generators during the night and day, and others who start engines up in the middle of the night to warm themselves up with little or no regard for others. Why not park well out of the way of other MH's, there is plenty of space to do this...

Propre, sécurisé, calme avec services : toilettes, vidange eaux grises et noires. Le bus est très pratique et régulier pour visiter Canterbury à un rapport qualité / prix excellent. Nous avons payé 12 gbp pour 2 nuits avec deux enfants et un chien.

Hele nette parkeerplaats. Pub om de hoek en gratis bus naar Canterbury. Plus de voorzieningen die eerder genoemd zijn. Ideaal als je vanaf de boot een plek zoekt. Enig nadeel is dat je er voor 20:30 uur moet zijn.

Great aire with all services that you need. Great pub close by 1 minute walk. Only 15-20mins from the Eurotunnel so great overnight stop.

First time using park4night and pick an amazing little spot for it aswell 30 minutes away from ferry if you down there for that which we was, didn't hear a peep from anything apart from couple of bird

Dec 23. Would give this 6⭐️s if I could. £8 for over night. Totally secure ticket on entry allows free access to bud into town. 16 miles to the tunnel. We downloaded the payment app which now recognises our registration and deducts the money automatically, no need for payment at machines. Absolutely perfect. Example for other forward thinking councils!!!!

Great site. Safe overnight. £4 midnight to midnight which includes as many return trips to Canterbury as you want for up to 6 people plus dog. Lovely city well worth a visit. Convenient for ferry or shuttle . If only other councils would take notice

Stayed here on 30 September before getting ferry at Dover. Very convenient, no electric but all other services. Felt safe. Dog walk nearby. Sorry we didn't have time to visit Canterbury on bus - next time we'll stay an extra day. Wish there were more aires like this in UK.

Nice peaceful camping aire with water and waste dumps. Its actually £8 a night but still cheap enough. Very peaceful night and a field to walk the dog if you go out the entrance and a path on your left near the bus stop.

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the bus trip to the town centre, Christmas shopping excellent, way can’t other places do the same!!!

Parking plat, au calme. Les toilettes étaient fermées (dans la gare routière). 8£ même si on reste moins de 24h car 4£ de minuit à minuit… Les services sont inclus et commodes.

Amazing Aire-type overnight spot. Drinking water, waste drop point, loos on site (only when the buses are running, from 7am to 7pm I think). Huge spaces. I think there were about 26 campers mid week in October when we visited. Free return bus into Canterbury with your ticket. Highly recommended!

Great facility close to the Ferry. If only more councils offered this as an option. Lots of space, easy to access, bus into Canterbury, flat parking, and near to the ferry. Have stayed a few times and would use again.

No frills, but a very cheap way to visit one of the most historic towns in the country. facilities are basic, but fine. Hopefully this is the very first of many Aires in England. They have removed the height barrier to allow larger motorhomes to use the overflow car park.

Perfect European style motorhome aire. Very safe with CCTV and fenced off area for motorhomes. Toilets opened from 08.00 to 18.00 hours. Water and waste facilities, lift the grid for black waste disposal. Free bus into town included in the parking fee of £8 for 24 hours. Very nice city to visit. Bar and restaurant 5 minutes walk from the parking. Excellent stopover, highly recommend.

Perfekt für die Nacht vor der Fährüberfahrt ab Dover. Wir sind spät abends (22 Uhr) dort angekommen und haben noch einen Wohnmobil Parkplatz ergattert. Man fährt durch eine Schranke und zahlt dann einfach am nächsten Morgen am Automaten auf dem Parkplatzgelände unter Angabe des Kennzeichens. Ausfahrt erfolgt dann automatisch über Kennzeichenerkennung. Die Nacht kostet 8£. Bezahlung Cash & Card.

Vermutlich der Wohnmobilparkplatz in UK schlechthin. Großzügig und auch gut besucht. Leider nur eine Wasserstelle und ein Allzweckgulli.

Great job Canterbury Council! Thank you. Wish there were more cities in the UK with this idea. The bins are a bit discreet - presumably accounting for the large deposits of rubbish bags in other bins in the car park. They are right beside the water services - use them please!

Aire pratique pour visiter Canterbury. Le bus nous emmène au cœur de la ville en quelques minutes (inclus dans le prix du stationnement). Le prix est de 8£ la nuit car le calcul du prix se fait par nombre de jours et non par 24h. Robinet d'eau potable, poubelles, vidange camping car. Très calme et éclairé la nuit. Beaucoup d'emplacements mais qui sont seulement des places de parking.

Superb place to stay when visiting Canterbury. Drinking water and chemical toilet disposal as well as free bus into the city centre which takes less than 10 minutes - what more could you ask for. I’d highly recommend this place - also there is a lovely atmosphere and community feel with other motor homes - you must stay here!!

Great place to stop. Had 2 nights and free bus rides into cantebury for 12 pounds. Not the quietest place as lots of comings and goings for the tunnel Had a bike ride to whistable then on to herne bay Whitebait on the harbour side at whistable then back. Cantebury a lovely old town to visit

Area asfaltada, totalmente llana.La zona de autocaravanas en pleno agosto se llena pero habilitan otra zona aún mas grande donde no hay problemas. Noche tranquilisima. Canterbury es precioso. Para correr hay muchos caminos y rutas marcadas al otro lado de la carretera general.

A great facility that we stay in every year. Please everyone follow the rules and don’t ruin it by giving campervan a bad name with leaving rubbish etc when bins are full. There are also some great cycle and walking routes in the area worth exploring

Ottimo. Manca solo wi.fi e corrente poi darebbe il massimo. Stupendo potere prendere il bus per Canterbury gratuitamente con il biglietto dell'ingresso parcheggio. Partono ogni 8 minuti ed in 10 sei in centro. Fermata bus praticamente nel parcheggio.

De grandes places pour les campings car. 4£. Aire de vidange OK, juste bizarre de vider les eaux noires dans le même endroit que les eaux grises (soulever la grille au sol). Apparement le trajet en ville en bus est compris avec le ticket de parking (Arrêt de bus à côté du parking). Pas trop loin des embarcations pour la France. Top! Merci à la ville

Está bien para pasar la noche pero si vas fuera de horario no tienes acceso a los baños, máquina de bebidas o agua porque cierran la estación. 4£ el día contando desde las 12 de la noche. Por eso cobran 8£ si pasas la noche. A media hora del Ferry de Dover.

Bel emplacement calme. L'aire est à environ 3 km à pieds. 4 livres la journée et 8 pour la nuit. Vous pouvez effectuer tous les services sur place en entrant à gauche sur le premier parking tout au fond. La cassette des toilettes se vide là où on vise les eaux grises.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Canterbury, avec le bus gratuit quand on paye le stationnement. Parking réservé pour les camping-cars avec une aire de vidange, dommage que certains camping-cars s’étalent un peu trop en prenant le parking pour un camping…

Great location for the night. We stayed with out 2 young kids and felt very safe. Never got into the small camper van section, so just stayed in the main car park. No issues.

Arrived late around 22:30. Car park is open for 24hrs not as stated above. The MH parking was full but there’s lots of space. Toilets were fine 1st thing in the morning

Area dedicata camper all’interno di un parcheggio per auto. Trafficato durante il giorno ma tranquillo di notte. Autobus porta direttamente in centro. NON UTILIZZARE i bagni del parcheggio se non strettamente necessario, molto sporchi. Le acque nere si svuotano nello stesso pozzetto per le acque grigie ma si deve rimuovere la griglia. Non lasciare residui solidi grazie.

Zum wiederholten Male hier, immer zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Der neue Bereich hinter der Einfahrt rechts ist auch in der Hauptsaison groß genug. Der Bus fährt direkt durch ohne Zwischenhalt. Außerhalb der Zeiten dieses Busses kann man auch die Linie 16 nehmen Richtung Endstation New Dover Road. Auch nur die Ver- und Entsorgung zu nutzen ist möglich.

Endroit très pratique, beaucoup de places ( fort rempli) . Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et la barrière s’ouvre encore à cette heure là. Il faut payer 4£ et prendre un ticket à la borne. Service de navette gratuite (pas utilisé car nous sommes repartis dès le matin) , que demander de plus?

What can we add? Just the best place to stop ever if crossing the channel and visit the beautiful city of Canterbury either on foot or take the free shuttle. Piece of 4 pounds is a day price so you pay 8 pounds to stay overnight but still great value

El mejor sitio que visitamos en UK. El único que se parece a lo que se conoce en Europa como área de caravanas. Con las 4 £ que cuesta, te permite acceder a un bus lanzadera que te comunica con la ciudad. Servicios de aguas. Una pena que el resto de la isla no funcione igual con los servicios de park and ride.

Einer der wenigen Park & Ride Parkplätze mit Versorgungsstation für Frischwasser und Toilette für 4£. Bezahlryhtmus von 00:00-23:59 Uhr. Zwei große Parkplätze laden zum übernachten ein. Der kleine Parkplatz links und der große Parkplatz etwas weiter rechts! Mit dem Parkticket besteht auch die Möglichkeit kostenlos in die Innenstadt und zurück zu fahren. Sehr vorbildlich Canterbury!!!

A favourite stop over near Canterbury. The Park & Ride site offers free bus service into a town that had do much to offer. The only only service not available is EHU. The only complaint is the overflowing rubbish bins. This is a truly International site and we look forward to meeting people from around the world. A big thank you to the Canterbury council.

loved a dedicated area. very few in UK. they unfortunately had a bin strike there and so it was absolutely filthy by the bin area and had attracted a lot of unwanted bugs etc. cheap and cheerful at £4 per 24hrs. water and waste. easy to catch park and ride if you please also. would have given more stars as we slept really well but the bins were really not nice

Excellent, 4 euros de minuit à minuit payable par carte visa à la borne. Le bus pour le centre est gratuit et illimité pour 6 personnes. On se sent en sécurité. Franchement concept du park n ridé parfait pour visiter et bon marché.

Plenty spaces in the wide, flat, motorhome section. Toilets during daytime only. Chemical waste disposal is by moving a grid in the ground, but there is cleaning water as well as separate drinking water. And after the last ParkandRide bus (7pm) your bus ticket works on the 16 or 15 bus service up to 11pm, straight into the facility, so you can spend the whole evening in town.

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte für 8 Pfund verbracht und waren begeistert! Bustransfer für bis zu 6 Personen so oft man will in die City . Bus fährt aller 10 Minuten! Entsorgung sowie Frischwasser inclusive. Absolut ruhig. Das war für uns nicht das letzte Mal!! Fünf Sterne absolut gerechtfertigt. Kenne nichts vergleichbares! Danke an die Stadt Canterbury

Fantastic spot, will definitely use again! Bus into town included, I easily got the bus then fast train into London for the day for an event. Great value with services to empty & refill. Will use again when heading towards Dover.

A decent parking area, level when parked, bus into Canterbury included in £8 overnight fee, toilet when bus area open, can empty chem toilet & full water.

Sehr günstig mit 4 Pfund die Nacht. Park & Ride Shuttle in die Stadt ist in dem Ticket inbegriffen. Ausreichend Stellplätze. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Toilette ab einer gewissen Uhrzeit geschlossen ist.

Nice stopover before taking Le Shuttle early the morning after. No toilets is the only drawback (so only 4 star). But felt safe, can pay online and 35 minutes to the terminal. Didn't get chance this time to use the bus into Canterbury but that's included with the parking, nor check out the vicinity for pubs/shop.

Wish there were more places like this in the UK! Payment is over at the park and ride building via a machine (coins or contactless accepted) by the bus stop. Stopped to use the services - paid £4 for parking which is still cheaper than what most campsites charge for services (if they even let you at all..). 2 bars signal on EE & o2 - internet slow.

Ruhiger Platz mit Bustransfer in die Stadt inklusive. Toiletten schließen leider abends irgendwann (20 Uhr?). Strom gibt’s nicht, aber für 1-2 Nächte geht’s ja meist auch so. Wer mit dem Fahrrad fahren möchte, muss bedenken, dass der Heimweg zum Platz die ganze Zeit bergauf geht. Für den Preis ist der Platz aber wirklich super, um sich 1-2 Tage Canterbury anzusehen.

Ein wohl eher seltener Platz auf der Insel, mit vielen Stellplätzen, Ver- und Entsorgung und so günstig. Haben für 3 Übernachtungen 16 Pfund bezahlt. Und das Ticket gilt ebenfalls für die Busfahrt in die Stadt. So oft man möchte. Perfekt!

Ruhige Nacht, viele Plätze (rechts um die Ecke gibt es noch weitere WoMo Plätze mit etwas mehr Platz als die vorne an der V&E) kostenfreie Wasserversorgung und Entsorgung (WC wird in den Grauwasserschacht nach Öffnen des Gitters entleert) sowie das kostenfrei Busticket nach Canterbury machen den Platz zu einem angenehmen Halt für einen Stadtbesuch

As has been said many times, a great little parkup with masses of overspill room in the adjacent carpark. Busy but not frantic. Surprisingly quiet at night. Only 30 minutes from the Dover ferries. Perfect.

Excellent, quiet, well serviced site for day and overnight parking. £8 for our stay with a free shuttle bus into Canterbury ( well worth a visit too) . Just a short journey to the shuttle over to France. We would thoroughly recommend. We need more places like this xx

£8 for parking with water facilities in the UK is very good imo. Good if you want to catch an early ferry to Dover. Toilets were closed when we were there. Mostly a good place to just get your head down, it’s fine. Wish more places in the UK were like it

Solo Camper in a 6 metre campervan. Just like to point out that the Entry Barrier is Open 24/7 and Not as described Closed at 20.30h in the main description. Great location, drinking water, grey and Black waste down the grate (lift grate up to empty Black waste). Price includes Bus into City and back. Excellent service all round!

Excellent spot to overnight prior to channel tunnel. Two parking areas specifically for motorhomes - 2nd one to the right and back is quieter and better for larger motorhomes. Frequent bus services into town. Pub on corner does good food and welcomes dogs.

Area comodissima, dotata di scarico acque grigie e nere (sollevare la griglia con il cordino). Presente anche acqua potabile. Pare non ci siano orari da rispettare per l'ingresso con la sbarra. Notte tranquilla e silenziosa.

Super Parkplatz für eine Nacht bevor man zur Fähre fährt! Sauber und es gibt Mülleimer, Wasser und sogar Trinkwasser gratis. Da die Schranke an der Einfahrt einen Defekt hatte, bekam ich kein Ticket aber der nette Mann sagte, dass ich auch keins brauche zum Rausfahren. Also stehe ich hier Gratis! Und der Parkplatz hat sogar für den L2-Sprinter plus Hundehänger gereicht.

Another visit here. Another peaceful night. The definite plus is the free bus into the city. Because of that we went out for drinks and dinner. Good for the local businesses. Others should follow by example and see how it works. Ps recommend Oscar and Bentleys for food. Everything Gf and lovely staff.

Wish other councils provided this type of facility. Excellent two nights here and easy to use waste facilities. All this for £12 for our two night stay and a free bus to town.

Fantastic spot for campers with bus ticket included to the town a short distance away. Water and facilities to empty the toilet are there as well as being close to a nice pub. Pretty quiet at night although we were there in winter. Well done to the council!

Well done Canterbury council if only more councils followed your lead. Great motorhome park up plus free bus into the centre of Canterbury. We will happily stay here again. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that to dispose of black waste you are supposed to lift the grey waste grate, previous users didn’t both lifting the grate, so mushy toilet paper covered it. Far from hygienic.

Super arrêt, pour nous 4 nuits et 3 jours passés pour le nouvel an, 16 £ ! Inespéré … il y avait un peu de monde mais les places sont grandes (grands camping-cars ok sur le côté ou remorques ok ) le bus gratuit pour le centre de Canterbury nous a permis de prendre le train pour Londres : 1h30 de trajet pour 16£, un très bon plan ! Vidage et remplissage eau sur place.

Regular stop for us on the way to ferry - level pitches, all services available and excellent value. Thanks to Canterbury and as others have said, other towns and cities in the UK should follow their lead.

Il costo viene calcolato dalle 00 alle 24, pernottando diventano automaticamente 8 sterline. Ritorno sempre molto volentieri quando vado in UK.

I so wish there were more places like this in England. Very similar to Aires in Europe. Campervan area gets quite busy at times but the rest of the parking area always seems to have loads of space. Please, for the love of god, lift the grate before emptying your toilet so noone else has to navigate your turds. Be a good person. Thanks.

Komplette Entsorgung und Trinkwasser kostenlos. Die 4 Pfund pro Kalendertag ist eigentlich nur das Ticket für den Bustransfer in die Innenstadt für max. 6 Personen. Bezahlen erst vor der Ausfahrt.

Still as great as ever with a bus every 10 mins and only 30 mins from Chunnel. They have expanded into two sections of the carpark. I hope other towns take their lead.

Super Platz, um Canterbury zu besuchen und mit 8 Pfund sehr günstig. Toll ist der kostenfreie Shuttle vom Platz in die Stadt. Toilette ist im Infogebäude.

Canterbury est une très belle ville. le Royal Muséum est intéressant, les gens de l'office du tourisme charmants. le pub juste à côté " old Gate Inn" pour un verre ou pour y (bien) manger.

Great place although didn't sleep well due to the lovely song thrush who didn't get the memo of when sunrise was and started singing loudly at 3am, lol. WC available working hours, great price and generally quiet except some people do leave v v early to catch the ferry so if you are parked on the entrance barrier side, it's much noisier. Would use again - just maybe not in bird mating season!

Bezahlt (Kartenzahlung) wird an der Schranke, da das System, dass Kennzeichen wieder erkennt. Ansonsten steht bei der Bushaltestelle ein Automat. ☺️

Just like a continental aire with the added benefit of free bus rides into Canterbury where there is so much to do. It is maybe not obvious but the GRATE must be lifted when emptying the toilet. DO NOT empty toilet waste on the GRATE, please!

We stayed 1 night en route to France. Super quiet & quite a few motorhomes so felt safe. Toilets in bus station open in morning & were clean. Drinking water & toilet disposal readily available (although toilet waste goes down the drive over drain so could be tricky!). Fantastic resource will use again & take a visit into.Canterbury. Thanks to Council for providing this amenity.

If only more towns and cities in the UK did this. £8 per day (overnight) or £4 a day from midnight to midnight if you don't mind leaving that late. Excellent facilities: drinking and non-drinking water, black and grey water disposal facilities, bins and pristine toilets (daytime only). All this unlimited free trips to and from Canterbury on the Park and Ride bus!

Great spot! Bathrooms do close early but it’s super affordable with drinking water, non drinking no water (both in the motorhome parking area) and the park and ride included. Superdrug not great signal (bit of 3g) and o2 slightly better.

A good one night stop for either visiting Canterbury itself or handy for ferries. Toilets, which don’t have showers or sink, close early evening. The site is very well illuminated so you need good blackout curtains. Normal bins but no recycling. Quiet at night. Easy access to and from the A2.

Great spot. Lovely and quiet during day and night. Plenty of spots for all size motorhomes. Black water drain, non drinking water and drinking water taps and bin. Only downside is not very good 4G signal. Bus into town is free for up to 7 people when you pay for the carpark - £4 for 24 hours. Stayed here 2 nights and will definitely be back.

Great stopover for the night on the way to the port, with dedicated motorhome area and all the facilities needed. Parking ticket allows multiple trips in to Canterbury.

Great place to stop, lots of room, easy to park, great motorhome facilities. Used the park and ride... it is free on the last Sunday of the month.

Fantastic facility. Everyone knows the pain of driving into the center of a town with a large vehicle trying to find appropriate parking. Having a P&R that has dedicated spaces for campers, allows overnight stays and has basic facilities for a fair price is absolutely excellent.

Great facility and super handy for channel crossings now that Dover charges £10 to park overnight on Marine Drive. Pity re the latter as it provided the only reason to go into the town. The fact it was previously free also softened the pain of listening to boy racers zooming up and down until the small hours. Anyway, only a 25min walk into Canterbury and easy (free) bus ride home.

We stayed here for one night in our campervan. Waste disposal, drinking water, non-drinking water, rubbish bins all on site within the cordoned off motorhome area. Toilets also on site but we did not use them. Cycled into Canterbury. £4 per day so costs £8 for an overnight stay. Bus ride included in the parking fee. Excellent spot - wish there were more of these around.

Smashing place. Everything you need to top up and empty, bins, spacious and quiet at night. Short bus ride into Canterbury which is just lovely. Really do wish there were more councils who adopted this idea. Would definitely return.

Hard to find a negative on this one for a city park4night. Currently £4 to park, £8 for overnight. Endless free bus rides into town. (Last bus about 19:00) Toilets (Currently closed due to Covid) Drinking water tap. Non drinking tap. Waste water disposal. 24 dedicated spaces. Not far from Ferries/Tunnel.

Good location, nice and clean. Unfortunately toilets not open at the moment. Drive in cinema just next door that we could watch (but not hear), didn’t seem to cause too much traffic noise.

Why oh why don't all council's supply this service, perfect for overnight. Water and waste disposal with free bus rides in to and back from Canterbury. £3.50 for 24 hours midnight to midnight so £7 for overnight but don't worry you don't have to get up at midnight just get your second ticket when you get up as its all run on ANPR.

Just to advise others... I telephoned the park and ride office, they advised that the water tap is not drinking water just waste use only. Also, you have to be in the car park by 8:30 pm before the barrier closes but you can exit at any time and the earliest time to arrive is 7 am

Great place to stay for the Eurotunnel. We arrived at 11pm . Barrier with a ticket machine . We downloaded an app to pay . Good value for a quick overnighted.

Perfect spot for tunnel crossing the next day. We arrived at 10pm, later than planned due to traffic, barrier lifted & we parked up in first Motorhome car park on the left. Very quiet, only 4 other Motorhomes. Fantastic spot for us though, only £1 due to park & ride not operating due to Covid. Bins, waste disposal & water. Well done Canterbury.

Great location - allocated area for MH and campers . No EHU - but water and waste . No park and ride buses at the moment . It took about 30 mins to walk.into city . Local buses are running. There is a nice pub 2 mins away that does.meals . As no p&r buses - only charged 50pence 12 hours - so overnight £1 . Brilliant. Would stay again . Convenient if travelling to Dover for a ferry . .

No park n ride at the moment and the toilets are closed. Water and grey waste available, but couldn’t see a proper chemical disposal?! Easy cycle into Canterbury. Just 50p a day for parking (ends at midnight)

Falls man nach der Überfahrt noch etwas Zeit hat sollte man diesen Platz anfahren. Als Start oder Endpunkt für eine Reise durch England sehr gut geeignet, da man sich sicher sein kann einen guten, geraden und sicheren Platz für die Nacht und darüber hinaus zu finden.

Stayed overnight 17 to 18 March, still open, no indication at that point of it closing. Several other vans but tons of space, especially in the overflow area around the corner from the service point. Good luck to everyone travelling home. x

Hi there, have stayed at Canterbury many times. the drive over grey waste is also the chemical waste (lift crate first) there is a tap next to area for rinsing chemical cassettes. Great services supplied, many thanks canterbury council....

Ideal place to stop before be got on the tunnel the next day. One side of the car park slopes a bit for drainage, but other that that, spot on. Just remember that it's 3.50 per day, so an overnight stay is £7. Secure and quiet.

Great location and facilities, why can't other parts of the UK adopt the model? Close to okay pub. Unfortunately someone decided to spoil it for others by emptying their toilet down the grey water drain.

The closest you’ll get to an Aire in the UK. And top value for £7. Top up with water and there’s a drive over grate to empty your water, the sign suggests grey and black, but I’d be a bit doubtful about emptying my cassette over it. There are toilets on site which were very clean but these close overnight. The pub next door was good for a meal.

I want to give a good review because there are so few affordable places in the area and Canterbury is a beautiful city. Unfortunately this place is a health hazard thanks to the people that don't understand how to empty their toilets. Don't empty your solid waste on the drain please.

Perfect spot for catching ferry or train. Arrived too late at night to use bus ticket. When we arrived quite a few motorhomes in already. Few spaces left, so all good. spaces aren't huge but fine for overnight.

Perfecto para pasar la noche antes de coger el ferry en Dover y dejar la autocaravana mientras visitas Canterbury. ACEPTAN PERROS EN EL BUS, que tiene parada en el mismo párquing. El tiquet del párquing incluye el viaje de bus para 6 personas. Mejor no aparcar cerca de la zona de vaciado de aguas grises pq es donde se vacía también el wc químico.

Sehr guter Platz auf dem Weg von/nach Dover. Parkschein gilt als Busticket für alle. Wenige Bus-Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone der schönen Altstadt.

Mais c’est votre plaque d’immatriculation qui est enregistrée et qui vous servira à payer en sortant. 3,5 livres par 24 h mais de minuit à minuit. Donc effectivement 7 livres pour une nuit. Paiement par carte bleue possible, sans contact ou cash. Bus gratuit et très très fréquent ! Que demander de plus ? Si ce n’est aux camping caristes indélicats de ne pas faire marcher un groupe électrogène à 21h! Un grand merci à la ville. Bel exemple à suivre !

Es el Park and Ride “New Dover”No llegamos a pasar la noche pero es un sitio perfecto para ello. Por 3.5 libras puedes aparcar hasta las doce de la noche, y está incluido el billete de ida y vuelta de hasta seis personas en autobús a Canterbury (cada 8 minutos pasa uno). Además, también incluido el cambio de aguas de la autocaravana. Si vas a pasar la noche, a partir de las 0:00 hay q pagar otras 3.5 libras( q dan derecho a otro día mas aparcado) por lo que el coste total es 7

Great facility. Thank you Canterbury Council for being so welcoming. The dedicated motorhome parking was busy, but the height barriers into the main car park had been removed and an area to the right sign-posted as motorhome parking too. Note - need your barrier entry ticket to use the free bus to town.

Está bien. lo único es que pensábamos que nos cobraban 3,5£ por 24 h pero las cobran por día, así que si queréis dormir serían 7£. Pero bueno contando con el precio de lo que valdría llenar y vaciar y el autobús, compensa. Admiten perros en el autobús a Camterbury.

Área estupenda y trabquila, bus al centro cada 10 minutos. Agua, wc químico y aseos. Sin sombra. Ojo, se paga x día desde las 00 de la noche, si pernoctas ya vas a pagar x 2 días, osea 7£. Por lo demás perfecto.

Alors que les aires de services pour camping-cars sont quasiment inexistantes dans la région, ici on a de quoi dormir tranquillement, de quoi faire les services et le service de bus pour visiter le centre est très pratique ! Attention le prix à augmenté : 3.5 £ par jour, et pas de réduction si on arrive après 16h.

Très bon prix, bus gratuit, bons emplacements. Pour le reste c'est sans aucun doute très bien sauf quand la météo s'en mêle : 10 cm de neige, -5°C. Pas d'eau car robinets gelés. Pas trouvé l'évacuation des wc chimiques sous la neige.?

Tout à été dit sur ce P R à 3£ la journée avec le bus pour aller en ville. Pour moi, c'est un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix que j'ai pù trouver en GB en 3 mois, malgré l'environnement pas terrible. Si on pouvait trouver ce genre d'aire à l'approche des villes, ce serait très bien.

Safe and superb value for money, as your ticket is a bus-pass to and from Canterbury, (bus every 8 minutes).

Avec un petit peu d’ombre, ce serait parfait. Le prix est affiché 3 £ j’ai payé 4 sans savoir pourquoi. C’est un des rares endroits en Angleterre qui traite bien les camping-cars. C’est souvent l’horreur même pour s’arrêter. La ville est superbe et le bus gratuit très pratique.

Un an après notre première fois, toujours aussi pratique pour la pause de la nuit. Pas mal de places libres dans le second parking.

Rien à dire sur cette aire dont le stationnement (service compris) s'élève à 3 livres par jour (1 livre par jour si arrivée après 16h). Navette gratuite qui vous mène au centre ville en 5 minutes (rotation toutes les 10 minutes). Un excellent point de chute pour visiter la région

Un peu serré mais pour le prix avec les services et les navettes gratuites, rien à dire et quand c'est plein, ils ouvrent la barre de hauteur pour laisser passer quelques camping-cars

Párquing muy bien situado para iniciar o concluir vacaciones en el Reino Unido, cerca de Dover y Folkestone. Superficie asfáltica y líneas de separación de las plazas. El precio de los servicios cuestan 3 libras 24 horas. Estricto horario de apertura de barrera de 06:30 a 20:00 y si llegas después de esta hora NO entras.

Área muy práctica para visitar ciudad. Tranquila por la noche. Bus hasta el centro.

Aire très pratique pour qui veut visiter cette magnifique petite ville de Canterbury. Que ce soit directement à pied, ou avec la navette fréquente et gratuite. Attention aux wc qui ferment tôt le soir. Enfin, il y a un robinet et un endroit de vidange. Le pub à 300 m est très sympa.

Enfin une aire de services pour camping-car : 3 £ par jour stationnement, eau gratuite et vidange des eaux usées et wc, bus gratuit pour aller en ville.

This is all too rare a facility in England. It is unsurprisingly very popular. Other councils please take note. The 4* rating is because affordable 3£ cost incl ride to visit city. Safe parking, waste disposal, close by pub/restaurant, other services. I would give it 5* with ehu.

Environnement moyen mais aire très pratique et relativement calme si on fait abstraction du bruit de fond de l'autoroute proche.
