Such a lovely pub, we parked in the field at the back - fantastic welcome from the staff and we had a really good meal and drinks (there's a great vegan menu too). Lovely beer garden and a little shop selling local produce at the back of the pub as well.

Wonderful little find. We called ahead to check and were allowed to stay without the Britstop Book. We ate in the pub (Steak and Ale Pie highly recommended!) and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Car park a little sloped but we managed. Overall highly recommended.

Food was fantastic and the staff were really friendly. They have a gravel car park and a grassed area too (not level) Was quiet after 10:30pm. Perfect pub stopover no charge but we ate and had drinks. Highly recommend :-)

The car park is relatively flat, nice and quiet, and dark overnight. The pub staff were friendly and served good food and drink. The site is in the BritStop scheme but let us stay without the book.

We arrived at the Pub and immediately saw the overflow parking lot. We parked there next to a table and a bench. The Dinner and the selection of drinks at the bar was perfect. We can entirely recommend the pitch.

Great busy pub that allows overnight stays for free if using pub. food great. gravel carpark and overflow grass field available for parking. no other amenities. would recommend

Stayed here last night. Very busy, beautiful country pub. Despite a busy evening and pretty full car park we were very welcome and had a meal at night. Staff was very friendly. Narrow roads approach but managed ok as road wasn't over busy. Picturesque surroundings. Car park behind a little sloped but were allowed to reposition motorhome to avoid sloping once car park emptied at night.
