Stickney, Main Road

Nice level grass field with gravel road tracks. Just pull up in the carpark area and stay the night. Booters arrive early early. Good sized carboot with food wagons and toilets from 6am.

Stayed here a few times on a friday night (and saturday when the autojumble is on) but did contact the organisers first who were ok about it. Loads of room but traffic starts arriving before 4am for the car boot so best to park at the back near the gravel heap where its quieter. Pretty much zero light polution so great for astro photography.

Carboots now back open on Saturdays. Pleasant stopover last night (Friday)

Saturday bootsales are finally back on. Also Autojumble on Sunday this weekend. WiFi, phone and TV signal are all good

ALERT: August 2020 and this place is closed and so is the boot sale for the rest of the year. Glad I didn't try looking for this place in the dark.

Très beau parking pour la nuit un peu bruyant avec le passage de la route mais dans l'ensemble on supporte car on est tranquille, à recommander, seul bémol, il n'y a pas de services
