Wunderschöner platz zum übernachten, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für unvergessliche Wanderungen, morgens wird man eventuell von Schafen oder Pferden geweckt.

Lovely spot to stay , we stayed overnight (says you can’t but we did) and it was very quiet and only one other camper turned up , will definitely come again , some great walks and a pub just down the road

Great spot. There was 50mph gusts blowing when we stopped. The small walls & trees gave a welcome wind break. Very quiet. Went to bed only us there. Woke in the morning to find 3 other camper vans

Just stopped here for breakfast after a night at Burrator. We love this site and will be back for a full night soon.

Beautiful place, fantastic view but naturally no sanitaries. Near the road, but not too much traffic at night. Over-night-stop is permitted and definitly commended if you like horses.

We nice spot secluded and with some wind protection. Lot of people using this spot as a start for walking. We stayed one lovely night in August.

Super spot avec vue imprenable sur des Tors et un vallon magnifique. peu de passage sur la route. Possibilité de camper juste derrière à l'abri du vent. à ne pas manquer si vous êtes dans le coin.

Bel endroit avec des départs de balade au top, des poneys sauvages, moutons et vaches autour du spot qui est assez plat. Attention route principale juste à côté qui peut être bruyante assez tard et aussi de bon matin.

Standen zwei Nächte. Wunderschöner Platz mit vielen Tieren drumrum. Einige Leute waren am Zelten. Wie der Name schon sagt... sehr windig

Schöner Stellplatz. Leider ist am Abend eine große Gruppe Jugendlicher vom Militär gekommen und hat dort ihr Lager aufgeschlagen, weshalb wir woanders hingegahren sind. Außerdem ein super Ausgangspunkt für eine Wanderung.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht und fanden es nicht schlecht. Außer uns haben noch zwei andere Camper dort über Nacht gestanden. Tagsüber war sehr viel Betrieb an Spaziergängern. Die Wildpferde waren zur Freude der Kinder sehr kontaktfreudig. Auf der nahen Straße war allerdings recht viel Verkehr, auch nachts. Einen ruhigeren Platz haben wir nicht gefunden und sind daher geblieben. Aber Achtung: Autotüren zu, die Ponys sind in Selbstbedienung geübt. ;-)

Awesome spot, really scenic and surrounded by ponies and sheep. Not sure if you're allowed to stay here but we stayed for one night with no problem. Wonderful morning walks.

Really cool secluded spot in the wilderness. We parked our camper here for a saturday night and had no trouble. Lots of cute sheep around! Great spot to watch the sunset
