Great spot with lovely views, woke up to the camper surrounded by horses. FYI in an area where dogs have to be kept on their leads.

Extraordinary views, nice and quiet place surrounded by sheep...

First night out doing this ... and we picked a great spot. There was a large truck cum camper already pitched on the grass so we parked on the carpark. It WAS windy, but this stopped fairly abruptly at about 3am and became very calm. The views are just stunning, I suspect we've spoilt ourselves. Took a walk up onto Hay Bluff in the morning and were rewarded with even more fantasatic views.

Great parking spot. Was a bit tight and steep to get here but worth it for the views. Climbed the big hill behind parking to watch the sunset.

Visited here as part of our film locations used for ‘An American Werewolf in London’ the classic 1981 British-American horror comedy film, written and directed by John Landis. It stars David Naughton, Griffin Dunne, and Jenny Agutter. It was here on these mountaintop moors our main protagonists were attacked by the first Werewolf and become a Werewolf themselves. Beware the full moon overnighters!

Amazing view over the valley, however to get there with a motorhome (especially coming from Llanthony) is a big challenge. We also saw people staying over night.
