A very nice place close to the beach for the night. Plenty of places. A small part was closed. Very quiet. Pubs and restaurants around it’s very convenient. Free of charge at night (after 6pm)

Free parking overnight. Parking charges apply 8am - 6pm, £6 all day. Toilets were still open at 10pm but were closed when we woke up at 7am. Very quiet. Just the odd car going past on the nearby road.

Lovely spot for parking with a 8mtr plus Motorhome fantastic for walking and being close to the sea, not much in the town centre in way of shopping if that is your thing, I would have stayed a extra night but I needed to be elsewhere for someone’s birthday

Great car park , friendly parking wardens , daytime parking ticket required. Free over night , handy for Ship inn, sea view restaurant. Lots of walks close by, very clean public toilets on car park , only open in daylight hours.

Great car park with plenty of big spaces for bigger campers / motor homes , £6 from 8-6 and then free over night , clean toilets within the car park and plenty of shops / cafes and take always within walking distance

Staying here at the moment for 2 nights. £6 all day from 08:00 to 18:00. Not sure why an earlier comment mentioned it wasn't suitable for motorhomes because we're fine and there's plenty of room. Paid our £6 this morning via the ring go app. Easy. Great location from the sea, pier, pubs and town. The car park is right at the start of a great woodland walk down a stream. Perfect.

Loads of good feedback here but it wasn't for us. Left for somewhere nicer down the road. Great that sleeping is tolerated here but when we arrived 20 vans in the car park (in October) some kids messing in cars riding on the bonnet etc but looks like nobody else has experienced this. Chippy over the road closed at 7.45 so walked to the nearby shop open till 10.30 and that was lovely.

Brilliant spot. no signs saying no overnight parking. £6.00 all day then free at night. toilets outdoor shower next to the toilet block on the prom for showering/post surf/swim quiet at night walking distance to pubs and food.

An excellent peaceful overnight stop with toilets to use during the day. Coffee shop so close you can smell it & very reasonably priced to. Fish & chips aswell. Pub up the road. A stones throw to the beach to take your dogs. A few other motorhomes were staying to. Excellent nature walk along the river & a miniature railway. Take all your rubbish home folks let's keep it. We would stay again.

Stayed on the prom for the morning but walked past this carpark, looks a great spot, nice walk through the park, Italian gardens etc beautiful place

Stayed here for 2 nights - it’s a great spot, arrive after 6 and lots of spaces available. We parked up on the right that opens onto the grass by the stream so we could stake the dog and put chairs out. Beach quiet til about 10am and great walk to the park. Toilet on Carpark open 9 - 8pm and reasonable pub food in offer at nearest pub. We were in a VW - a big MH would be ok overnight but not day

Great carpark. Free after 6pm then a few from 8am. Right on the sea front and a nice pub just round the corner and loads of chippys near by. Few vans in the carpark as well. Couldn’t get any closer to the beach!

This is a blue P not a red camper, only suitable for vans in winter, no chance in summer it’s just a packed car park with car size spaces

No problem staying overnight and free from 6pm to 8am. (£2 for 2 hours and £6 all day but busy in the day)5 campervans overnight in huge car park. Road and car park very quiet after about 10pm

Great spot, carpark empty’s about 6pm...other van here but no issues. We went to the beach and had a camp fire and beers. Can’t wait to come back.

Great views of the sea and the forest Gardens, now £6 for 24 hour stay and the car park attendant told us they are looking at putting a height barrier in soon!! Great park up, clean and tidy, as said before places to eat, walk and drink

Great place to stay the night, close to the beach and pier. Lots of food outlets around. Really enjoyed my early morning swim in the sea. Car park is very busy during the day.

What an absolutely lovely park up. Met a few other people staying in vans. A couple of nice pubs to eat and drink in. The Ship at the far end is great to watch the sun go down. You can walk along the Cleveland Way into Skinningrove. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, be aware that the toilets close at 16:00 now due to Covid-19.....lovely old pub down the road called ‘The Ship’ food looked lovely coming out of the kitchen

Loverly place to stay over night, Pubs and fish shop nearby, 2 min walk to the pier, I go there every few months . £4-00 from 8am to 6pm then free overnight. Toilets open through the day and rubbish bins

Stopped here for one night, amazing spot, got there early. The car park was full later in the day. Has toilets and just across from sea.

Just spent one night here and found it spot on.. Free parking between 6pm and 8am but then it is only £4 for a full day. Felt very safe, great having toilet facilities onsite if like us your in a small camper van with no facilities..will definitely be coming back..

Quiet, scenic spot. As previously mentioned, parking charges, but worth it. If you decide you don't like this spot, plenty of other choices in surrounding area.

Great spot in the centre of Saltburn, right by the sea and toilets on site open till 7pm. Chip shops and surf rental right on the front also. It’s £4 for all day but Sunday’s aren’t free as stated. Quiet at night and stayed for 2 days, 1 night. Recommend this spot.

Stayed here Sat.1st Sept 2018. No charges from 1800 hrs to 0800 hrs. No height restrictions. Toilets open 0800 hrs ish to 2100 hrs. Car park well lit has a security camera covering it. Bars and eateries local within couple hundred metres. Dog friendly area. Saltburn is a clean place. The local people actually help keeping it that way. Will defo be returning.

Spent the night and left by 08:00 thereby avoiding any charge! Loos are very clean but close at 21:00. (Summer). Nice walks along the promenade and a local pub within 200 meters. Great pier and chip shop on the other direction. The car park is a favourite with surfers and quite a few camper vans overnight. The surfers work with the tide, so they rise early if they need to and be noisy! Very safe and would visit again!

Arrivé à 18h, c'est gratuit jusqu'à 8h. Endroit super, en ville mais sur la plage, restaurant ferme à 19h, mais plusieurs bars. Plage interdite aux chiens sauf vers le nord après les cabanes colorées. Aucune interdiction d'y passer la nuit. Nuit calme, l'endroit se vide verre 21h. Quelques places plus grandes que d'autres pour grands camping-cars, c'est plus compliqué. Parc et balade pour chiens et enfants.
