Ideal for a quick stop over. Stayed here in April 2017. Had an attempted bike theft from rear bike carrier. I have heard other reports of bike theft here.

Simple parking sans service, en bordure d'une route desservant les plages et face au camping municipal.

Guter Platz für eine Übernachtung. Man steht nicht alleine, weil andere Camper da sind. Bäckerauto kommt morgens vorbei. Schöne Spaziergänge in der Nähe möglich.

Standen mit dem Wohnwagen-Gespann (12m) ohne Problem eine Nacht hier. Der CP gegenüber wollte für die Entleerung 5€ haben, Frechheit, sind dann zu einer offiziellen Entsorgung gefahren.

Petit parking gratuit sans service face a un camping qui accepte les vidanges et services mais fermé quand nous y étions pour cause du covid...pas loin du centre, bien pour une nuit.

Aire très petite en bordure de route, face au camping, sans marquage au sol, chacun se gare à sa façon... Je suis arrivé un vendredi entre 20h et 21h00, aucune place disponible dans un lieu sans intérêt. Je suis donc parti ailleurs...

Pas pu obtenir les services ,le camping est fermé (covid).C'est calme la nuit mais dès 6h30 passage de voitures ,les gens ont repris le boulot.La route longe l'aire...

Bien placé, propre, sur gravillons. En bord de route, il doit y avoir beaucoup de passage en saison. Gratuit!

Guter Platz am Ortsrand, leider ohne alles und im Ort gibt es nicht viel zu sehen und alles ist geschlossen.

Kostenlos und dafür top. Ohne jeglichen Service, aber ruhig gelegen. Wir haben die Nacht vor der Fährüberfahrt sehr gut geschlafen. Die Dünen und das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein süßer kleiner Ort. Waren kurz auf dem Campingplatz für einige Infos und uns wurde sehr freundlich weitergeholfen. Für einen kurzen Stop, wenn man kein Sanitär braucht, absolut ok.

Stayed here one night, easy enough to find. Beside a road which wasn’t to busy. There’s a area across the road which was good for walking our dog (letting him off the lead). The camp site across the road has amenities (WiFi, power, etc).

Aire à préférer plutôt que celle de Gravelines (7€ sans service) car elle est au calme. L’été possibilité de prendre la canote pour aller à Petit-Fort et s’il n’y a pas de monde, on peut la prendre avec son vélo. Et il y a de superbes balades à faire. De super restos aussi. Si jamais le camping est fermé vous pouvez aller vider à Gravelines près de la gendarmerie.

This is fine for a quick stop over or visit to the beach, but not very nice for sitting out or an overnight when you can go to the lovely campsite opposite for €11 including power and WiFi.

Ok for a night, not the prettiest but the town and beach are fairly close. For €2 you can shower in the campsite, very handy. Note the campsite will be closing until 01st June though.

Nice relaxed place to stay. No facilities, not even a bin. About a 5 min walk to the beach which has a very nice path to walk through the nature. Perfect place to go with a dog. Not much to see in the city itself.

Nice quiet place to stay near the ferry and eurotunnel. Good bakery, several bars and a good seafront. Also a Super U with reasonably priced fuel at the top of the town.

Parking réservé au camping-car, calme la nuit, à proximité du centre de Grand fort et non loin de la plage. Près de la réserve naturelle du Platier d'Oye aussi. Vidange et service possible au camping municipal juste en face pendant les heures d'ouverture au prix de 3 euros.

Très belle place mais la chasse est ouverte donc ça pétarade surtout la nuit. Reste que c'est cool et bien situé.

Ideal place to stop off after getting the Eurotunnel from the UK. Was very busy when we arrived at 11pm but we managed to get the last spot. Did feel safe with lots of other people around

Calme, sol en cailloux blancs très crayeux donc beaucoup de poussière à éviter avec de jeunes enfants. C'est le seul inconvénient.

Endroit calme pour la nuit, proche de la plage. Services possible au camping juste en face (eau, vidange, cassette), sur demande et pour 3€.

Good place for a night or two near a nature reserve and the sea. There's a tiny service aire with toilet disposal and water about a 10 min drive away. We stayed here after we took the channel tunnel from the UK as we wanted a stop off before heading to the Netherlands, it was ideal for that.

C"est le déluge sur la côte donc nous y sommes bien, deux nuits sous les bourrasques de vent mais bien à l'abri. Le camping en face est ouvert mais vide, on doit pouvoir y faire les services. De bien belles promenades le 1er jour dans la réserve du parc de l'Estran.

Endroit très calme, avons passé deux nuits calmes et agréables. Nous reviendrons sans problème, belles promenades tout près, centre ville tout proche. Merci à la municipalité.

We stayed here in Sept 2016. Had my Boardman Bike stolen in the early hours. Avoid, go to Dunkirk if heading East or Wissant if heading West instead.
