I could only agree to the many negative comments. At the reception they refused simple service even I offered to pay for it. very strange and arrogant behaviour if you have not pre booked. Better move on...

They didn't allow us to use the facilities if we weren't staying for at least two nights, even after we offered paying. Don't waste your time going there if you need these services.

DONT BOTHER DRIVE ON! I have a few issues FIRST: NOISE The park is directly near a very busy roads and a large roundabout with a motel pub, cheap chinese and McDs on it, there a perpetual drone til 10pm with punctuating constant emergency sirens . walking around the immediate area: it is run down, the local marina is full of dirty and partially sunk boats there (not nice to look at and quite a sad sight to see!)... like the land that time forgot SECOND UNMANNED SITE there was no reception area, no staff to chat to, no site shop, nothing! everything was ‘by computer recognition’ only ‘drone maintenance site staff’ which made it feel really unwelcoming and weird, we could only book online via a website or call centre, then you are given email instructions. THIRD CHEMICAL SPRAYING : on my visit there was potentially hazardous chemicals being sprayed on every grass surface all over the park! I have dogs and asthma i’m not impressed! toxic chemicals are nearly 100% not pet friendly or dog safe For at least 24 hours after spraying on surfaces, I asked staff to stop spraying immediately around or near my vehicle but they continued to spray the pitches next to my pitch. meaning there was no safe place could walk my dogs on the park totally unimpressed!!! I have sent a complaint to head office regarding toxification of grass areas for human and animal use, in all my travels i’ve NEVER seen unnecessary full grass surface spraying on any park grounds anywhere in 20 years. OVERVIEW So with all this in mind, i won’t be revisiting EVER or any of their parks as they have a chain of at least 8 sites all over scotland! . It was £55 For 2 nights 2 adult 2 dogs and i’ve had way better stops elsewhere . i would say this is possibly the ‘worst stay of scotland’ :(

Disaster. They have now stopped allowing a service stop, and we weren’t allowed to use the toilets. They couldn’t have been more unhelpful. We then had to drive 20 minutes to the tap by the canal and had full toilets. Not good. Also if you do book, the minimum is 2 nights and you have to book 24 hours in advance. Crazy.
