The best wild parking place so far. Next to river, sheep and lambs, canada guessed. A bit of soil and stone appears to have been tipped on edge of river. Slight slope. No TV or Wi-Fi signal.
Belle grande aire de stationnement en retrait d'une route calme, avec des arbres et un petit ruisseau. marcher le long de la rivière jusqu'au village à 4 miles. Agréable et de niveau. Aucun panneau interdisant le stationnement de nuit. Nous avons ramassé des déchets mais pas de poubelles et nous les avons emportés avec nous.
Nice big lay-by sits back from quiet road, with trees and little stream. walk along river to village 4 miles away. Nice and level. No signs saying no overnight parking. We did litter pick but no bins and took it with us.
Schöne große Raststätte liegt hinter einer ruhigen Straße mit Bäumen und einem kleinen Bach. Spaziergang entlang des Flusses zum Dorf 4 Meilen entfernt. Schön und eben. Keine Schilder, auf denen kein Parken über Nacht steht. Wir haben Müll gesammelt, aber keine Mülleimer und haben ihn mitgenommen.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. On the one side a river on the other side sheeps. Very peaceful during the night.
MattLeanne29/05/2023Beautiful little spot, can walk into the village of Reeth in 1 3/4 miles along by the river Swale. No facilities but take rubbish home. Phone signal but poor, but why would you need it in such a beautiful place

We cooked our lunch here, but decided to move on. It is too muddy here and it is on a slope. The Wi-Fi reception is poor as is the mobile reception. Such a shame as it is so beautiful and peaceful.

stayed here for one night 14/9/22, no bother at all although next to the road hardly any traffic. walking for the dog, data was patchy on tesco mobile but very nice place will definitely use again.
