Trachtenstrand op een paar kilometer van Kinvara. Grijs zand kiezelstrand. toiletten tot 21.00 uur (in de zomer) aangenaam om te zwemmen. 2 meter slagboom. Busje kan passeren.

Our first ‘wild’ van trip and first night using this fantastic app! Perfect and beautiful stop. Luckily the height barrier was open as we are over 2m! October and no one else here so the loos were locked but lovely view and walk on the beach.
Pour les vans à cause de la barrière. Au pied de la plage, sable noir, belle vue. Toilettes ouvertes en journée. Point d'eau. Calme la nuit mais du passage le matin et le soir, les locaux qui se baignent. Attention, en double sur la carte.

Nombreux promeneurs de chiens et baigneurs en soirée. Spot calme et reposant. WC ouvert de 8h30 à 21h et non 21h45 comme indiqué sur le panneau en entrant. barre 2.10m à l'entrée du parking.
Great spot to spend the day or stay at night, toilet, cold showers and bins along the seafront. Flat park spaces. Can get crowded during the day at weekends and there is a 2.1m bar.
As of May 3, 2023, public toilets not yet open for season. However, there is a portapotty on the side of the building. Lovely and not-too-popular beach. We had a scenic and lovely stay, with cows and stone wall fields on one side and the Atlantic on the other.
Sehr guter Spot zum Übernachten! Ruhig und gepflegt. Meerblick inklusive! Toiletten waren im März allerdings geschlossen.
