A water mill dating from the 16th century, the Moulin de la Veyssière is the last active oil mill in the Vallée du Vern in Neuvic-sur-l'Isle. It was in 1857 that Jacques Elias bought the Veyssière mill. Since then, from generation to generation, we have perpetuated the artisanal production of oil and flour with character: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. A true living heritage, a place of life and sharing, a visit to the Veyssière mill will take you on a journey between history and gastronomy. Free visit and tasting offered. Open all year round from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. In July and August Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Before settling in for the night, please introduce yourself to the mill reception to make yourself known. We will show you where to settle!

Camping at the chateau with swimming pool and slide. very pleasant welcome, lovely owners and employees. wonderful vacation for me. I recommend it for family stays. motorhomes welcomed with pleasure, in short, great for a good holiday.

The Bois Bareirou duck farm. Duck farm visits all year round, sale of foie gras, preserves, sausages, duck breasts etc. July August country meals from Monday to Friday evening. Private free parking area for 10/15 motorhomes.

Beautiful location overlooking the village on the other side of the river. The campsite is very well kept with many facilities including showers, washing, swimming pools, bar, shop and modest cafe serving food. The pitches are all flat and have power and water to each. Very quiet site. Village charming and worth the 10 minute stroll, if only to find the multitude of restaurants to suite all price points. The gardens at top of the village give good views across the valley and to the campsite.
