This is a great little campsite. Very quiet with beautiful scenery. Clean toilets and dish washing area. Friendly owner. Highly recommend. Although please go prepared, it is very open so gets battered with wind. There are no shops or pubs nearby. This is a great site to star gaze from, as there is barely any light pollution around it.
A cracking wee site if you’re a prepared and responsible camper…. quiet and tidy, the owner Michael and Nelly his dog have a wander round in the morning and chat the time away with you. Bravo for such a simple but lovely operation. In the words of Arnold “I’ll be back!”
Great little campsite!!! Basic but out of the way. Owner is really friendly. Make sure you book ahead using website.
We visited here for 1 night early august 2022of our tour de wale be although we stayed at some great place this is still our favourite…so peaceful and the views are unbelievable could even see Isle of Man and Dublin at dusk.facilities where clean and minimal but is everything you need…can’t wait to return
Fantastic site, off the beaten track but not too hard to get to in the camper, the roads are single track but very quiet. The site is good with a toilet / bins / water and being November we were the only ones there. We couldn’t get any mobile signal at all on Three / EE / Vodafone but if you walk 2 minutes out of the campsite up the road you can get signal if you need it.
Great campsite. it has a well meintained toilet block, and water tap/ sink. really close to some lovely coastline
Super petit camping chez un agriculteur très accueillant ! 15£ pour un van et 2 personnes . 2 toilettes chimiques qui se bouchent vite le matin, pas de douches et 1 évier pour la vaisselle. Service minimum mais la vue est incroyable ! Super spot à moins de 30 minutes de Holyhead avant de prendre le ferry pour l’Irlande, je recommande !
Een heel mooi uitzicht en een vriendelijke eigenaar. Rustige en eenvoudige plaats zonder veel comfort.
Bellissimo posto ma senza grandi servizi: ci sono due 2 wc, 1 lavabo, 1 lavandino per le stoviglie, scarico toilette e acqua potabile. E sono proprio la semplicità e il panorama a renderlo piacevole, oltre all'affabilità del proprietario Andrew che passa la mattina e la sera... anche per fare quattro chiacchiere con i presenti. Possibilità di fare un tratto della Welsh Costal Route.
had a lovely nights stay, would use again. £15 for a pitch, Andrew (owner)had a quick chat with us and was very welcoming. Large pitches and lovely view of the sea. some nice walks in the area but no shops or pubs so take everything you need with you. such a peaceful area. I asked about rules and he said "be nice and don't burn my grass with your fire pit" lol.
Ruhig, abgelegen, schöne Aussicht aufs Meer, Spaziermöglichkeiten direkt ab Platz. Der Besitzer kommt im Verlauf des Abends vorbei um die Gebühren (15£, 2 Personen) zu kassieren. Wir mögen es einfach und ohne Schnickschnack, deswegen 5 Sterne für diesen wundervollen Übernachtungsplatz! Übrigens: Handyempfang gibt es oberhalb des Campgrounds!
