Un endroit calme et magnifique dans une zone boisée qui n'est pas dérangée. Belles promenades parmi les arbres. La tranquillité à son meilleur. Signal téléphonique inégal. Pas de bacs.

Sadly there is now a wooden gate closing off this area. Local (presumably landowner) and his angry dog were painting posts either side of the gate. 12th September 2023

The most beautiful secluded spot amongst the pines. Had the place to ourselves, very quiet and good energy here. Not muddy at all and flat, even ground. Everyone take care! :)

Nice quiet place. Pretty level and out of the way. Lovely and quiet, just a lot of flies and midges.
DavyP08/06/2023I have used this stop a few times. Ground is now hard after recent hot dry weather. Good wifi signal on O2. Very quiet spot off a single track road with very few vehicles passing.

was extremely muddy, only just got the van in and out without getting stuck/chewing the ground up. Also evidence of logging activity. I don't think this is suitable at all anymore.

Lovely, secluded spot but unfortunately was too boggy for us in our motorhome and didn't want to risk getting stuck. Would definitely stay at drier times of year, but for today we are moving on.

Tiny bit of 4G signal on EE. This is an absolutely PERFECT spot. Super quiet, out of the way, not bothering anyone — not in the sight line of any farms or houses. Surrounded by trees and (early sept, still warm) no midges!

Nach dem Feierabendverkehr wird es ruhig. Wir hatten weder Fliegen noch Morgenspaziergänger und genossen eine sternenklare Nacht schön geschützt in der Waldlichtung. Auch den kleinen Waldspaziergang haben wir genossen.

Dirty and full of flies, were swarmed by them so left. if we had a camper we wouldn't have to come out of we might have stayed because we were late. wouldn't recommend

A Gem parkup for total relaxation. Lovely walks in the wooded area with the birds singing from one tree to the next. An ideal location to switch off from the outside world. A very calm atmosphere. Very little traffic past & we were able to sleep without disturbances. There are no bins on site. Please pick up any rubbish & Leave No Trace
