we've been assaulted by 3 men with sabres while we were in the camper, asking for money and gold. The money we gave them was not enough . They broke 2 windows and injured us. Thank god we were able to start the engine and escape. Very scary.

The road is a bit bumpy, yes, but it does not need a 4WD to get here. Beautiful scenery, lovely views, nice hiking possibilities, very quiet and calm during day and night. Unfortunately the locals use this area as garbage dump, mostly in the beginning part. Further down it is clean again. Don't join them and take your garbage with you! Only leave your footprints behind. Not recommended when rain.
Even with a 4x4 you can barely access the spot
Het was er heel mooi en je was echt alleen. Echter toen wij hier een uurtje waren kwamen er jagers. Onze kinderen vonden hier meerdere botten en hele skeletten (van dieren) toen hebben we besloten om te gaan.
