Nice level car park in the centre of Wells. Easy walking access into the city centre, a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. Plenty of cafes and pubs nearby. One other van stayed overnight, it gets quite noisy in the morning as it’s next to the bus station but that didn’t bother us.
Excellent location for exploring the city centre with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Access is tight during business hours, 7 GBP for 24h, Motorhomes over 7.2 metres will struggle to park without obstructing thoroughfare’s. Bus station adjacent to car park starts at 6:00 so fairly noisy early in the morning. Overall perfectly acceptable place to stop over for one night.

We spent a very peaceful night here. Paid £7.50 for 24 hours and gave us plenty of time to look around the beautiful little city of Wells. There are about 5 spaces for larger vehicles, and our 6.9m motorhome was fine.
Great location with lots of room. Flat, relatively quiet evening for a car park in a city. Free from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. then £1 an hour from 7 a.m. So far, so good!
very flat. reasonably priced (£7.10) for whole day. great location as it's so close to the centre of Wells. only issue was the 4g signal was awful. however I'd definitely return
Stayed one night for free until 7am. The coach station is next to it so a bit noisy in the early morning. Public toilet wasn’t clean. Tesco is nearby, opening 6.30 am.
Parked up here on a very quiet Sunday evening and it was perfect for visiting Wells pretty centre. Parking was free from 7pm to 7am.
Brilliant car park, very central. I hadn't read the reviews carefully enough or we would have stayed overnight! There is an excellent health food shop and cafe just off the car park which we would highly recommend - 'The good earth'
Stayed over on Thursday night. Limited space for longer vehicles (Ford Transit LWB) but a few after 5/6 when it clears out a bit. Busy in the morning but great access to everything in town and plenty to do/see. Enter via the bus station and drive right through to the actual council car park. Traffic warden there in the morning but no problems.
Parking in Wells Great location for the town and cathedral. Entrance is off Princes street just after the coach station entrance, Exit on Priory road This is a privately owned Public Car Park in Central Wells £7 for 24 hours 18:00 to Midnight 0.25p her hour Midnight to 7am free
Central carpark, next to bus station, cinema and public toilets and City centre. £7 for 24 hours. Behind council carpark. Our MH is 8.1ms so we entered through the council one as this one too tight. Parked in 1 of only 2 spaces big enough behind Pets Corner. Quiet on a Monday night. Would return.
Seemed enough spaces but we arrived late Saturday can imagine busier in day/ peak times, parking free 7pm-7am, quite close to few pubs so very noisey at kicking out time but fairly peaceful after 12.30. There are toilets close by but closed Sunday.
In juli prima gestaan, in de avond bijna niemand meer geparkeerd dus plek genoeg, dan ook voor grotere campers.
Sehr ruhige Nacht gehabt. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine Stadtbesichtigung.
