Decided to have a quick one nighter, at short notice, as it's only half an hour from home. There are loads of vans here, and the new signs are up all along the road - covered in black plastic at the moment. Still, it's a great little spot, but at £20 it will become at lot quieter.

Superb free location with plenty of room especially for the big motor homes supermarket pubs restaurants 15min walk away also lovely beach walks with lovely sunsets

Lovely free spot! Stopped for just one night bin just at the end of the road so no need to leave any mess. Decent phone signal

lovely and quiet grass on either side. couple of minute walk down to the beach or into new Brighton. council are reviewing the area so please keep it tidy it's been where vans go for years. new Brighton is fast coming a cool little independent seaside town. head for Victoria road or near the train station for some independent shops and pubs

Stayed last night parked early evening stayed till 10 next morning quiet evening no signs so keep the place clean and tidy Council are reviewing the stop overs
