A great spot for a one nighter stop just outside Bude … you can even get the van reasonably level, road noise which dies down through the night. Slept really well
Charmante petite zone avec des tables de pique-nique, espace pour 4-5 camionnettes, assez proche de la route principale, donc peut entendre la circulation mais un endroit charmant pour un pique-nique et une nuit, à seulement quelques kilomètres de Bude
Lovely little area with picnic tables, space for 4-5 vans, quite close to the main road so may hear traffic but a lovely spot for a picnic and over night stay, only a couple of miles from bude
Schöne kleine Gegend mit Picknicktischen, Platz für 4-5 Vans, ganz in der Nähe der Hauptstraße, kann also den Verkehr hören, aber ein schöner Ort für ein Picknick und eine Übernachtung, nur ein paar Meilen von Bude entfernt

wilfer202001/08/2022Absolutely appalled to find human faeces blocking the drain in the lay by. Have some decency and empty your toilets in the appropriate places. This is literally how disease spreads. We ended up staying as it was already late when we got there. You will get woken up at 6am by traffic as there is little to no sound dampening from the road. Definitely nicer lay bys.

Great layby with plenty of space and picnic tables. few other cars and vans but generally quiet. road isn't too noisy either, had a good few nights here

A good place to stop, can be noisy with cars. Wouldn’t be surprised if soon there will be signs for no overnight parking as it seems that other van/motorhome owners like to ruin it for everybody else by emptying their toilets everywhere. It’s disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves, unfortunately going to ruin the limited free parking for everyone else

No facilities, but perfect for a stop over. Road noise wasn’t a problem on a Saturday night. Would definitely use this one again.

Good for a night stop over. Road noise isn’t awful. Very spacious, were 3 other vans here when we stayed
