We parked here overnight in a large motorhome, tucked away in the corner. Quiet nights sleep, no problems. Free parking from 6pm until 8.45am. No facilities as it is a carpark.

The parking sign still states a 4 hour restriction Mon-Sat 8:45am-5:30pm so overnight stays are allowed. Make sure you check the area you’re in as some require permits/payment, however those in this street don’t. Stopped overnight with another van, was a little noise in the evening with passing cars/boy racers. However had very little noise overnight. Overall great spot in the city centre, brilliant for seeing the castle etc.. would definitely recommend.

This is an excellent stop over in the centre of town with easy access to hostelries and the castle. Sunday is free parking till 0800 Monday morning.

Perfecto para visitar el castillo, a 5 minutos andando. En domingo no hay límite de 4 horas según indica el cartel.

Buen sitio para estacionar y ver el castillo. Acceso un poco complicado para autocaravanas grandes hasta llegar al cementerio.

Nous avons fait une queue de 20 minutes dans une ruelle étroite et très en pente. Le gardien nous a refoulé car notre petit Eriba ne convient pas au parking.Pourquoi ne pas indiquer en bas de la rue l’interdiction? Une fausse note qui n’entache pas le plaisir de visiter la demeure d’une reine de France.

To be clear: we’re not talking about the official Stirling Castle parking here: hat one is prohibited to campers... :( But a couple of streets down, at this location, you can park a camper/van along the street, in front of the cemetary for 4 hours for free! Great to visit the castle!

Visitado el párquing en domingo y aparte de estar lleno las plazas son muy cortas, solamente seria para coches.
