Good car park close to the beach. Paid car park but no over night parking.
Lastorders15/09/2021Great car parking for day. £6.90 for 24 hours but you can’t stay overnight! Lovely spot so close to beach & town. You risk a £70 penalty for overnight camping! We discovered this from talking to others who regularly use the car park! We moved on about 4 miles to Widemouth Bay £20 per night there.

Stayed 2 nights, managed to get onto a level bit! Had boy racers first night til 1030, all q until the gaggle of Canadian geese woke us next morning, next night much quieter! During the day, carpark is full so very difficult to get out in motorhome! Well worth £6.90!

Stayed in the overflow field last night and recieved a penalty notice this morning. £70 reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days. Lovely location and good nights sleep apart from the obvious ticket.

Massive car park, great for motorhomes. little walk in to town and easy to get to
t4Weymo09/08/2021Just stopped for the one night in our van, great location next to the sea, we stayed on the grassed overflow car park, no one bothered us or asked us to move on, happy days :)
wilfer202003/08/2021We stayed one night in our van. Beautiful location great for early morning surfing and grabbing a pasty in bude. No trouble at all. A few boy racers but they were gone by 11pm after that all quiet at night.

Payed £6.90 for 24hrs and was right next to the beach and only a ten minute walk into town. Sign posted no overnight camping but after talking to other campers who already stayed a couple of nights in the field overflow carpark the gate hadn't been locked and we also stayed there for 1 night with no problems at all :)
