Lovely pub with really friendly staff and locals! Arrived only half and hour before kitchens shut and they didn’t make us feel in the way. Asked at the bar if we could stay in the car park. Menu and selection of drinks very good! Car park is on a bit of a slant though so maybe some chocks needed!

I asked if I could park for the night and was made to feel very welcome. Locals and the landlord are very chatty and very pleasant. Charley asked if I was OK for essentials water etc. I would recommend this to all motohomers as a place to park. please spend a few bob on a couple of beer's or a meal.

Lovely pub with the best garden. Great owner who's happy for campers to park up, just buy a few drinks or a meal and introduce yourself. He's also installing a tap in the carpark soon so you can fill up your tank when staying.

Lovely pub and great food. We stayed here in the car park over night for free and had a lovely meal in the pub. Charlie is brilliant and very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I used to work at this pub and frequently stayed in the car park in my van (fulltime van dweller). The landlords, Charlie and Amy, welcome anyone who spends money in the pub to overnight in the car park for free.
