Definitely a passing place. We checked it out but drove to a different spot just out of town. If two big vehicles have to pass they would struggle if you park here.

Think it's more of a passing place than a lay-by!

Good lay-by spot. Two 6 mtr vans there when we stayed. Busy little road till 8 or 9 pm then very quiet till 8am. Close to woods, fairly level too. Very handy for village and its facilities.

A really handy stopover, close to village and beautiful river Tilt walks. our dog loved it as did we. some traffic in the day but quiet at night.

Parked up here in the morning and went hiking. It’s a semi secluded spot. There is daytime traffic goes past, but quiet at night
