Great pub good food. Small car park at the back off a side road. Very peaceful night in a lovely area. About 10mins from the A1 and well worth it against spending the night in a busy lay-by. River side car park 400meters away also good for a night and great for dog walks

Very friendly staff, good food and a short walk down to the marina. Carpark is small bit accessible, would recommend if have a medium or small MH. We parked a Hymer b544 6.5m there easily, ate steak n ale pie, had a few pints and enjoyed a lovely walk along river afterwards. We phoned before we arrived and booked a table to eat.
