Great newly opened campsite completed at a hostel. Showers and sanitary area are brand new and really good. Owner is very nice. In the hostel there is a shop and the possibility to use the kitchen. Internet reception is bad, but the location is beautiful and quiet with a view of the water.

All mod cons, including a cafe, a small shop, showers, water, dump station, EHU, a bed and breakfast hostel, a cottage to rent and pitches for vans, caravans, tents ... the lot! You pay for this luxury but while not cheap it's certainly not extortionate. By the main road but quiet and peaceful. Handy refresh after a few nights in the wild.

We stopped for a shower which was no problem. 5£ for two people and the facilities were clean and spacious. It's also good accessible for wheelchairs. Good view from the campsite.

The weather was closing in and I decided to try and stay here as I saw it when passing. No problem with getting a non EHU pitch on the grass for £17 for the night and use of all the facilities. The facilities were great and very clean. Showers spacious and hot, great wash up area and rubbish disposal. Would definitely stay again.

Booked last minute over the phone, very accommodating. Great facilities onsite all quite newly installed. not cheap at £28 for MH with electric for 2 adults for 1 night but OK given its location and standard. would use again!

Superb place to stay. We were pitched facing towards Ben Hope/Ben Loyal and the views were something else! The facilities are great, shower and toilets kept really clean. The manager was really nice and helpful, more than accommodating when we popped into the bar for a drink. Also good 4G service and £27 for EHU. Would definitely recommend.

Would recommend. We phoned to book this last minute just before we arrived to check they had availability as it was a little off route for us. Very windy location as facing out to the water with not a lot of shelter, but this was a positive as no obstruction of views. The toilets and showers were suitable, clean enough and did the job. We didn’t use the indoor facilities but they had a shop/food.

Lovey campsite in a lovey location. Showers were nice and large and had a good area to dry and change afterwards. Everything was spotless and the owners were nice. Lots of amenities.

Wow, wow, wow, what a site. A bit more expensive but well worth it. Site is spotless with fantastic showers and facilities. Lovely sunset too. Has cafe/bar area with a takeout service. Owner very friendly. Would defo recommend

Fantastic site, hadnt booked but we’re lucky enough they had space for us. Takeaway chilli for dinner from the on site shop (£9) a hearty portion. Short walk right down the shore. Stunning views clean facilities

Agree its an excellent location but only if you are lucky enough to get one of the pitches with a view, if like us your not you will be left staring at the toilet block for the duration of your stay. Staff are very friendly though, asked for a refund which they happily gave and left for a bit of wild camping and a beautiful view of Loch hope for the evening

The website for this site indicates you can empty waste/refill water for £10. You can’t. Visited today and was told residents only.

Loved it here. Great staff and site. Washing and drying for £5 - a bargain. Showers clean and warm. Beautiful views of mountains and sea. Only the wind let it down. We enjoyed a home cooked meal and sweet for 2 - £12 per person. Was delicious.

Lovely find we paid £27 EHU but it’s a really nice place. Very welcoming staff. Great location and easy accessible on side of road - quiet at night. Well stocked shop and takeaway food. Rooms available too. Shower and all facilities as per norm. Nice because you get a good mix of people. Cyclists camping, tents, bikers, motor homes - a few bench tables dotted around too!

Brilliant site. Toilets / showers were spotless. Good wee shop, friendly staff. Decent O2 4G coverage. Well worth the £27 for a T6.1. Of all the EHU bays, only pitches 1 - 5 have a direct view of Tongue Bay though, the others are obscured to a degree, although this wouldn't stop me visiting again. Not sure where the non EHU pitches are exactly.

An good site with good facilities. Nice shower block (if you dont want to wash your hair you need a shower cap!). Owners very friendly and helpful. They small shop for essentials. Arrive early if you want hookup!
