Despite being signed as "a wetland of international importance" the area looks rather forsaken. Damaged benches and litter are key sights. Although there is a working water tap it likely doesn't get used much. There's an overgrown circular walk to entertain the soul. It was probably wheelchair accessible, once; now, a machete would be good company. At least there is shade!
