Great little spot for lunch . . Amazing views, quiet(ish) road, plenty of bins.

Parked here to chill for afternoon. Lovely view. Bit further up the road than where google maps postcode took us. Opposite new houses. Gravel lay-by. Road a little bit busy

Great place to park for the night. Traffic can be abit annoying but it’s few and far between the later it gets. Good views and bins available

A really overnight stop, fairly level gravel car park beside the road but since it was a B road was very quite night. But not a place to park on a windy night as it sits on the brow of a hill. Nearby Faringdon has good amenities and several food outlets.

Easy to find , basically a large flat gravelled lay-by on a B road with a bin, some traffic eve and morning but not enough to disturb sleep. No other vans parked up, view of fields and rolling hills. No shelter so could get quite windy but we would stop here again.

People use this car park as a place to wait for a while, just sat in their car. Also there is a fair bit of traffic passing regularly throughout the night. I stayed on a Friday evening in October, so it may be different at other times. Felt safe though.
