Great views of the bay and peninsula, parking is at the Alcock and Brown landing Commemorative monument, roadside along a quite road with only a few passing cars, stayed on a Thursday night in early June and only one other camper was here, only disturbed one by loud music from a car that left shortly afterwards.

A great spot with lovely panoramic views. We woke up to rain but it didn't spoil things as the view was still enchanting as we peered out of our windows with a hot mug of tea!

Great spot to visit the memorial and the view is superb even on a dull day like we had. Never stopped overnight due to the forecasted high winds as it would be very exposed.

Vue exceptionnelle à 360° sur Clifden et Mannin Bay et jusqu’aux Twelve Ben. Memorial Alcock et Brown et table de pique-nique. Il y a de la place, nous étions seuls pour la nuit. La route d’accès est étroite mais pas trop longue. Place pour manœuvrer en haut. Il y avait effectivement beaucoup de vent !
