(at niko) very friendly character has some bed and breakfast and opens his property to 4 to 5 camp site very well located to visit the old town on foot and ready bar and restaurant very lively city at night (small problem a single shower and toilet in the same room)

Bei Niko wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab Tee und sehr guten Kaffee. Die kleine Wiese an seinem Haus ist prima, sehr geschützter Platz mit Wiese.

Niko gibt sich super viel Mühe - zur Begrüßung gibt es Kaffee oder Tee! Die Toiletten und Duschen waren sauber…Nicht die idyllischste Umgebung, aber um Berat zu erkunden perfekt…nur einige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Für 10€ die Nacht aber tip, top!

The pictures don't seem to resemble the place anymore, construction going on around the house. still place for a camper or 3, parked in the garden. toilets were a bit dirty and outdated, washing machine doesn't function anymore, Nico himself was refurbishing as well... but hey: it is a perfect location close to old town and we enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Niko fait tout pour nous plaire, mais j'ai trouvé ça trop. le problème c'est qu'il remplit son jardin à fond et nous ne pouvons plus bouger. sanitaires moyens que nous n'avons pas utilisé WC, douche, lave linge dans le même cabanon. obligé de faire bouger les autres pour sortir. je pense que l'on peut trouver mieux à Berat je ne recommande pas.

Super Gastgeber! Mit Feuereifer dabei :D Wir waren mit unserem Camper dort. Die Stellplätze sind im Garten rund um das Haus, angeordnet. Zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar min in die Innenstadt. Daher perfekt um Berat zu erkunden. Die sanitären Anlagen für Camper sind in Ordnung, es ist jedoch nur ein Raum mit Toilette/Dusche vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und eine definitive Empfehlung!!

Stayed here for a night. The location to Explore the city is great, you can walk everywhere from there. Breakfast was lovely. Still we probably would look elsewhere another time. At night there was a really bad smell from the surrounding area. Bathroom was functional and had hot water but not very clean. 15€ for a camper and breakfast for two is not the value, compared to other places.

Wir waren eine Nacht dort und fanden es nicht so toll. Toilette war defekt, Internet sehr langsam. Umgebung ist laut, incl. Hundegebell in der Nacht.

Wir verbrachten ebenfalls eine Nacht bei Niko. Niko ist ein wirklich netter Kerl und das Frühstück ist super. Dennoch gibt es Kritikpunkte! Für einige kann Niko nichts, deswegen gehe ich nicht darauf ein und es fließt auch nicht in die Beurteilung ein. Was uns missfallen hat, war die Sauberkeit des Bades. Es ist schmutzig und wird selten gereinigt. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar.

Not a special place itself, it's OK to visit the city and spent one night! What it's worthy is Niko, the family and the breakfast. We spent 5 euro for 2 person and we got plenty of homemade products.

Niko propose de se garer dans le jardin de sa maison d'hôtes pour 10 euros. Douche chaude et toilettes dans le même local, propres et fonctionnels. Niko remplit en effet son jardin et au petit matin, on a du demander aux tentes installées dans l'allée de se déplacer pour pouvoir sortir. Pratique pour visiter Berat.

Excellente adresse pas chère. Nicolas est un hôte très accueillant. Le petit dej est très copieux et très bon. Par contre, attention car Niko remplit au max son jardin de camping car et au moment de partir, un véhicule nous gênait dans l'allée(propriétaires partis en balade) et nous avons défoncé notre pare chocs arrière car nous nous sommes enfoncés enfoncés dans de la terre humide.

Noch um kurz vor 24 Uhr war die Anreise möglich und wir wurden so herzlich empfangen. Niko und seine Frau sind der Wahnsinn. Sie geben echt alles um den perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sie sind so herzlich und lieb von ihrer Art! Probiert unbedingt das Frühstück es ist unglaublich gut! Mit vielen selbst gemachten Produkten. Toiletten und duschen im Haus perfekt sauber mit warmen Wasser.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in Berat bei Niko und seiner Frau. Nett, zuvorkommend und wahnsinnig bemüht ,köstliches Frühstück,Stadtzentrum in Fußnähe ,abgeschlossenes Grundstück gibt in der doch belebten Stadt Sicherheit- jeder Wunsch wird von den Augen abgelesen.1000 Dank!

The host was very friendly and serviceminded. He offers breakfast for 5 € which is great! All homemade. You gotta try it! We could stand on the side of the house in the shadow. Our van, JaCar is old, one of the pipes broke. The host rode out with his bike with one of us to four mechanics til we found the piece we needed.

Camping im Garten, sehr schön! Ein ruhiger und sicherer Platz Niko ist sehr bemüht und gastfreundlich. Toilette und Dusche im Garten nutzbar. Auch Wassertank auffüllen ist möglich. Ein perfekter Ort um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Very nice place! The garden is so green and Niko is such a great host! It is really close to the old city center. Niko prepared a really good breakfast for us and he tries so hard to make everyone happy. We stayed for 1 night to visit Berat and there where 5 more camper cars in the garden. Would totally recommend Niko's place and would stop again here.

We liked the place a lot. Nice green grassy garden just so close to the city center. €10 per camper per night. Nice breakfast €5 for 2 (actually, for 3 of us, incl. 3 y/o daughter) is great value. Niko (the owner) was very nice, hospitable, and care taking.
