Acceso de 7 a 23h, hay que llamar al telefono que aparece en la puerta y te dan un codigo para acceder. La estancia es gratuita, los servicios son de pago pero economicos. Muy atentos y serviciales.

area camper gratuita molto ben tenuta si accede tramite sbarra chiamando un numero di telefono vi danno il codice di sblocco griglia e panchine su un prato abbiamo avuto un problema con la corrente abbiamo telefonato e dopo dieci minuti è arrivato un signore gentilissimo a risolvere il problema bravi! consigliatissima!

Area camper carina, un po' rumorosa, tante macchine di passaggio. L'acqua a pagamento, anche la corrente, ma si può restare per un massimo di tre giorni. A piedi nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato.

Area sosta gratuita tenuta molto bene. Con piccolo parco giochi, tavoli per pic-nic e barbecue. Chiusa da sbarra che si alza solo chiamando il numero all’ingresso. Consigliata!

Area di sosta Camper ben tenuta. Corrente funzionante(1€ 4h). Telefona per il codice di ingresso all’area sosta, chiamate dalle 7 alle 23.È comunque possibile parcheggiare anche fuori dall’area delimitata dalla sbarra. Per caricare l’acqua si possono usare monete da 10-20-50 centesimi ed 1 €( ogni centesimo 1 L)

gestito da un'associazione di camperisti su uno spazio avuto in concessione dal comune. qui panorama scarso (su strada statale, con vicino cimitero, zona industriale e una sede 118) ma servizi assolutamente adeguati. un euro in automatico per ognuno dei servizi (corrente, carico e scarico acque, un bel prato con griglie e piccolo parco giochi per bambini. tutto pulito e tenuto in ordine. bravi!

wir haben neben dem Stellplatz geparkt, da dort auch ein großer Parkplatz ist und wir keine Dienstleistungen brauchten. außerhalb von der Stadt deswegen kann man fußläufig nichts erreichen.

Eccellente servizio di carico e scarico acqua, ma attenzione funziona solo con monete!! A causa di un guasto, era funzionante solo una colonnina per l'elettricità con 4 attacchi, su 10 posti camper.

We stayed for a night. It's free,you have to make a phone call for gate acces code. In the morning we left for a visit of the museum. We parked in front of museum. I wouldn't left our mobile home there. It's close to the cementary,so it is too much abandoned.

Gepflegter, kostenloser Stellplatz. Ver- und Entsorgung, sowie Strom kostenpflichtig. Platz ist mit zwei Schranken geschlossen und an den Eingängen sind Kameras. Allerdings wurde in unserem Wohnmobil versucht einzubrechen. Unser Türschloss ist defekt und das Fenster wurde versucht auszuhebeln - der Rahmen ist ebenfalls beschädigt. Als wir das gesehen haben sind wir sofort abgereist. Schade!

Nett gemacht, neben dem Platz ist eine große Wiese was klasse mit dem Hund ist. Wir waren Freitag angekommen der Platz war voll mit einheimische WOMOS. Wir glauben es war vom Wohnmobil Club eine Veranstaltung, man hat uns aber freundlich noch ein Plätzchen überlassen. Ab 23 Uhr war es dann aber auch ruhig, alles im ganzen ruhig, sicher und für die Durchreise voll in Ordnung. Danke an den Womo Club

Well-maintained. Free to park overnight. Just phone the number - they spoke great English. Nice little picnic benches and a clay bbq that you can use. You can pay to use electricity. Free to dump rubbish. Only downsides were that it is a little noisy (not enough to disturb sleep) and we got badly bitten by insects so bring repellent!

Gestito da associazione camperisti. Ben curato, in ombra fino al primo pomeriggio, tavoli da picnic e area giochi. strada trafficata a pochi metri. molto tranquillo la notte.

Esperienza da non ripetere. una signora, che scopriamo essere chi gestisce il luogo, blocca l’entrata per 20 minuti. Quando decidiamo di far presente che volevamo entrate, la signora, in modo molto sgarbato, ci fa presente che stava facendo quattro chiacchiere e che potevamo aspettare. Il suo comportamento da lì, va solo a peggiorare. Ambiente tossico da evitare se si cerca tranquillità.

You need to call a number and ask for a PIN code to enter. Friendly owner over the phone, nice place with powerfull electicity. Close to center of the town. Ferarri museum reachable in 10 min with bike. The chem wc dump is not very pleasant to use and the fresh water was closed during our visit.

Ein guter, sicher beleuchteter Parkplatz für eine Nacht. Es gibt ein Areal mit scheinbar Strom und Wasser und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf der anderen Seite. Auf letzterem gibt es wirklich unfassbar viele, recht aggressive Ameisen, so dass man ständig etwas am Bein krabbeln oder kneifen hat. Auch die Toiletten auf dem Friedhof ggü. schließen ab 19:00.

Area sosta ben tenuta con servizi (220V e carico/scarico) a pagamento. Area barbecue e parco giochi rivedibili. Nel complesso silenziosa, nonostante parcheggio ambulanze adiacente e strada abbastanza trafficata, ma consideriamo sempre il periodo Covid.

Beim Strom aufpassen, da bei über 1000 Watt (so geschrieben, vermutlich 5 oder eher 6 A) Entnahme die Sicherung raus fliegt und man nicht dran kommt. Das Geld ist also dann weg und diese Steckdose vorerst nicht mehr nutzbar. Recht laut über den Tag von der Straße und in der Nacht Dauergeräusch (große Lüfter?) aus dem Industriegebiet.

Danke für das kostenfreie Parken. Hab dafür natürlich wieder Müll gesammelt. Strom, Wasser usw. funktioniert alles, WLAN nur manchmal etwas, besser nicht darauf verlassen. Strom und Frischwasser kann man 10 Cent weise zapfen.

Toller kostenfreier Platz. Ein Anruf genügt und man bekommt das aktuelle Passwort. Der Angerufene spricht ausreichend Englisch. Auf dem 100m entfernten Friedhof gegenüber gibt es Wasser (Trinkwasser???). Hier befinden sich auch zwei Dixi Klos welche man bis zur (automatischen) Schließung 19 Uhr (Sommer) bei Bedarf nutzen kann. Auf dem Platz selbst befindet sich ein Spielplatz, diverse Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Grill. 400m entfernt befindet sich ein „familia“ Supermarkt.

Ottima area gratuita con barra per ingresso e uscita. Servizi disponibili sia carico e scarico che corrente anche se le prese non coprono tutti i posti camper. Luogo silenzioso, abbiamo passato un ottima notte. Manca giusto una fontanella d'acqua nel parchetto vicino.

Der Platz ist gut ausgeschildert, sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ruhig. Bis zum Ferrari-Museum in Maranello sind es ca. 5 Kilometer.

I like the barrier, but unfortunately this does not stop all the workmen walking in to sit by the vans. Busy road nearby. Not too bad during night. Shops 10 mins passed cemetery. No where to walk dogs except kids play area or carpark.

Petite aire très sympa. en août 2019 pour rentrer le code 321 puis "entrer" est toujours d actualité. Un peu de passage mais rien de méchant et coup de bol pour nous pas de moustique. Je ne parlerais pas des services car non utilisés. franchement ça fait plaisir une aire comme ça. le lendemain matin petit dej sur une table en bois présente sur place à côté du toboggan pour les enfants. Un BBQ en dur pour les plus vaillants. bien sûr visite du musée Ferrari a moins de 7 km. La bas attention parking galère en CC et n oubliez pas le ticket, rien de gratuit même devant le musée. méga méfiance. sinon un joli musée pour toute la famille que l on aime ou non les sports auto ça vaut le coup. bon voyage en CC.

Aire gratuite avec électricité gratuite également. Services payants mais hors service. Bien pour une nuit et pour visiter le musée Ferrari. Par contre prévoyez l'anti-moustiques !

Nous avons passé une nuit début août 2019. Nous n'avons vu personne mais en tapant le code 321 les barrières s'ouvrent. Loin de la ville alors nous sommes allés sur le parking du supermarché pour nous rendre à pied au musée Ferrari.

Great place maintained by the local camping club. Free to park. Bbq. Free wifi, black and grey water discharges. Quiet and level. 10min walk to supermarket and pharmacy, etc. €2 for power 8hrs, spot highly recommended, for visiting Ferrari museum only 10min drive

I rang the number to get the access code and asked if they spoke English. They didn’t reply and I thought they were bringing someone else to the phone as I could heard voices in the background. After 3 minutes they just put the phone down. We stayed overnight in the adjacent car park outside the barrier. The services are outside the barrier so we were able to use them.

Sitio precioso y muy tranquilo con barreras. Para entrar hay que llamar al número puesto en el cartel a lado de la entrada. Muy bien organizado de parte del club local de autocaravanas. Área verde con barbacoa, zona Pic nic y juegos para niños. Harían falta más sitios así por el mundo. Único inconveniente falta un baño y no hay fuente.

Aussi bien qu'un parking payant, voir les détails sur avis en desssous pour les services. La circulation se calme bien le soir. Très sécurisé, on peut aller au musée Ferrari en vélo à 4 km. Le musée un peu cher mais interéssant. Vous pouvez même revenir en Ferrari. Merci à la personne sympathique qui vous reçoit à l'entrée

Stayed here for 2 nights in November 2018. Free entrance. You only need to call the phone number to get the code to acces the area. For 1 euro you can tap 100 liters of drinking water, empty your grey- or black water and your cassette toilet. Electricity is available for 2 euros for 8 hours. Really great spot when you want to visit the Ferrari museum.

Buena opción para dormir si estas por la zona. Si está la barrera cerrada llamas al número que hay en la entrada y te abren la barrera con el código que te dicen por teléfono. Tiene una pequeña área de barbacoa así como luz a 2 euros / 8 horas.

Muy tranquilo (al lado del cementerio) y gratuïto!! Confirmo que solamente se paga por los servicios y a buen precio. El parque infantil es muy buena opción si tienes niños pequeños

Parking gratuit avec espace jeunes enfants, barbecue, 1 table de pique-nique dans l'herbe ombragée. Camping-car sur bitume non ombragé. Accès avec un code obtenu par téléphone. Électricité 1 € pour 4 h, eau 1 € 100 l. Aire très bien, nous y avons passé une nuit. À refaire.

Never again!!!! We were looking for a quiet place to sleep with the small baby, but this place is definitely not quiet on Friday evening. There was a party nearby which lasted will 3.40 in the morning, we could hear the music as if it was playing in front of us. All people and cars left the location around 5.00 in the morning. Then we were finally happy to hear only rooster and nothing else. Not recommended if you are not in a party mood.

Aire gratuite, très bon accueil et bien situé pour visiter le musée Ferrari et le musée Lamborghini. Supermarché et très bonne pizza à emporter (pizzeria Mitho) dans le centre ville à 500 m.

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits prévoir la monnaie pour électricité vidange, à notre arrivée une personne déjà installée nous donne le code pour la barrière super cela nous évite les problèmes de compréhension de la langue italienne au téléphone. Emplacements super, rien à redire hormis les moustiques comme partout en ce mois de septembre et le coq au petit matin, idéal pour visiter le musée Ferrari

Nuit calme malgré la légère rumeur de la route et surtout le chant du coq pénible le matin. Soirée bruyante car sono pas très loin (pourtant lundi soir) qui n'a heureusement pas duré. Attention aux moustiques, nous nous sommes faits dévorer entre 19 et 20 heures.

Effectivement, ce n'est pas mal, mais nous n'avons pas la même définition du mot calme : route passante, gros bruit de fond industriel. Il n'y a que le cimetière de calme. Par contre bien ombragé au réveil.

Estupenda área de servicio con carga de agua y vaciado de aguas grises y negras. Entrada con barrera y código. Se llama a un móvil. Las personas muy amables. Con zona de juegos, barbacoa, césped y árboles. Te dan información sobre qué visitar, a parte de Maranello y Ferrari.

L'aire doit déjà dater de quelques années. Il n'y a ni toilette, ni douche contrairement à ce qui est annoncé. Il y a un numéro de tel à l'entrée et la personne vous donne le code pour accéder à l'aire. Point positif l'entrée et la sortie sont verrouillées par ce code. Sînon pas beaucoup d'ombre à fin juin avec une chaleur écrasante !

Perfect, secure sosta close to Florano Modenese (next to cemetery). Number on info board to call for entrance code - as we speak little Italian a chap from local camper club came to let us in and give us leaflets about local attractions - Ferrari museum, local castellos and a mud volcano. Free to park, charges for service point and electricity. BBQ, chairs and children's play area for use.

Tout y est ! c'est nickel, tout fonctionne, coin tranquille idéal pour visiter l'usine Ferrari... Certaines passent d'ailleurs de temps en temps devant l'aire pour le plaisir des yeux ! merci au camper club (le responsable passe au matin vous expliquer le fonctionnement, et vous donner une carte avec ce qu'il y a à faire dans le coin.) ; attention : arriver avant 23h pour appeler le responsable pour qu'il vous donne le code de la barrière afin d'accéder à l'aire et aux bornes électrique... Sinon vous stationner sur les places juste à côté (aussi gratuites mais sans électricité)
