location, Ennistymon Road. which if you are coming south from the cliffs of moher, you will see a building on the right which is green with the words "the wooden spoon". turn right just before it..... and if coming north from town to wards the cliffs of moher. when you turn left after the town... the green building with wooden spoon will be on your left.. turn left just after it...

This is a quiet place with grass or gravel. It is also quite cheap, maybe too cheap. No showers, no toilet paper and no bins. on the other hand it has Grey water disposal to drive over, which is seldom in Ireland. We payed 15 € without ehu.

Stayed for a couple of nights. It appears that this place has been improved lately. EHU all seem new and everything has had a lack of paint. Flat, hard standing. Toilets basic and outdated but clean and functional. Just off the town centre where every other building is a pub or restaurant. Great music in the bars. Owner comes to collect fees and is a great guy to talk to. €20 incl EHU

Guter gerader Platz für eine oder zwei Nächte. Zentral in der Stadt mit einigen Pubs für den Abend. Die Sanitäranlagen sind zwar kein Luxus aber es reicht. Allerdings haben wir mehrfach unter der angebenen Nummer angerufen und leider keinen erreicht aber morgens kam jemand zum Kassieren und wir haben 15 € ohne Strom bezahlt obwohl der Platz hier mit 10€ ausgeschrieben ist.

Haven't stayed here, but this statement in the description is incorrect: "in a place that doesn't really have any other place for motorhomes to park". There's an eco campsite now in Miltown Malbay.

Great stopover.. toilets, EHU, no showers. Right in the middle of the town. Spanish Point is stunning - 4 mins drive

We just stopped by to empty toilet cassette before returning rental van. €10 but we were glad of the service! The owner responded to an early morning phone call too!

Great stopover for €10 (€15 with ehu) absoloute gentleman who owns the aire. stayed for 2 nights while on our journey on the w a w. the village is louvly 35 min walk to spanish point. will be back again
