Arrived around 18.00 little passing traffic up to 22.00 then quiet until 7am(ish). One other van parked up around 11pm - really peaceful nights sleep. Not level but didn’t need to use ramps.

A great quiet flat spot on the side of Loch Dughail. Hardly any cars pass. Great if like us you have cut out the Applecross section of the NC500 to rejoin up the road in Shieldag. Bring your repellant for the midges if the breeze drops! This is a red squirrel reintroduction area - leave no trace :)

A perfect wee spot within spitting distance of the Applecross pass to go at 1st light. No facilities but hard standing and right on the edge of the loch.
