Montbrison,Place Bouvier

Parking 118 places 100 meters from the center out of the blue zone. No parking restrictions at night but I personally would not sleep there. Perfect to visit. Check in before 10 am to find 2 places lined up for a camper. Avoid Saturday (big market).
