Great base for paddle boarding as access right onto water. Says no overnight parking so we didn’t but we did see about 3/4 vans taking the chance on two occasions

Parking during day good, we park all day to paddleboard and find somewhere else to sleep. cafe looks busy not tried yet, surface of carpark not the best so drive carefully .

An amazing view with great walks. Can be a bit noisy as it is next to the main road. Perfect place for large campervans and great for an overnight stay. Also has a cafe on site

Very busy car park esp at weekends, no height or width restrictions. Paid for 24hr parking at £8, blue badge holders get an extra hour parking not free. Spaces aren’t marked so people parked to suit themselves. Cafe ok, looked a bit pricey. Loos well used but they did get cleaned, open 9am-5pm but thing they were open longer. No water taps, big bins for rubbish cafe end of car park. However some people just left it where they had been and in the wind and birds scattered everywhere... it’s supposed to be a nature reserve ffs! Did see someone picking up rubbish - think it was a local volunteer. Very popular for fishing, prob that’s why it’s hard to police the no sleeping rule... cycle paths are great, we visited the 2012 Olympic sailing marina (brand new Lidl’s there also)

Does state no overnight camping. Stayed the night and had no issues. Flood warnings given, but again had no issues. Double check tide timings
