Grindavik campsite - Tjaldsvaedi Large campsite with paved ground and somewhat exposed to the wind. It has a large kitchen with a lot of equipment. It has an area to leave food that you are not going to use (or take what you need). A shed with sinks and WC and another with WC and showers. It has a barbecue and a large play area.

Camping incroyable, tout équipé, avec une grande salle chauffée avec un bel espace pour cuisiner. Il y a même de la nourriture dont vous pouvez vous servir si besoin. Un peu plus cher que les autres camping, mais cela vaut le coup !

Day11 and probably the best stocked campsite we've been at. common area with underfloor heating, big kitchen and nice area with decking. two sets of toilet blocks, showers included. plenty of space to park up. chilled atmosphere. close proximity to service station etc. Con: rather expensive

Campingplatz für die erste Nacht sehr gut geeignet wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Check-in. Sanitäranlagen ordentlich und sauber. Alles in Allem ein guter Platz aber nicht außergewöhnlich.

Recht teuer aber super Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber (Reinigung 2x täglich). Die Küche hat zwei Herdplatten a 4 Felder, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher sowie einige wenige Kochsachen vorhanden. Große Auswahl an zurückgelassenen Lebensmitteln und Gewürzen. Trotz des Preises sehr zu empfehlen!

5 star camping. We spent our first and last nights here. When you park for the night, make sure you leave your drive wheels on the plastic mats between the gravel and the grass to avoid digging in.

Decent camping, lots of space, toilets and showers included, kitchen - 8 burners, groceries and gas bottles left by others. The only disadvantage is the huge number of people because of the proximity of the campsite to the airport and the volcano. Personally deserve for 4,5 stars.

Camping très bien équipé, sanitaires propres. Pas vraiment de charme mais pratique car il est proche de l’aéroport. De ce fait, beaucoup de monde et pas d’intimité.

Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit 2 Herden und 2 Spülen. Parzellen sind großzügig. Viele Tische/Bänke. Der Platz ist oft früh voll, weil er nah am Vulkan liegt. Toiletten waren ok. Duschen waren schlecht gepflegt mit kaputten duschköpfen. Nah am Meer und nah am Schwimmbad. Camping Card wird akzeptiert.

Camping bien équipé, salle à manger et sanitaires propres. Cependant tenu par un gérant on ne peut plus désagréable et imbus de sa personne qui n’hésite pas à dénigrer les touristes. Français lui même, il n’hésite pas à utiliser le terme « bande d’égoïstes » pour qualifier les européens qui voyagent en Islande. Bref, un homme charmant.

Super camping accessible avec la camping card : bel emplacement près du port, commerces et piscine à courte distance à pied, grande salle pour cuisiner, douche et laverie comprise, jeux pour enfant.

Alles super sauber und gepflegt. Fußbodenheizung im Küchen-Aufenthaltsraum. Falls die 5-Tage-Quarantäneregel ab 27.9.20 bleibt, könnte der Platz bis auf weiteres mangels Nutzern geschlossen werden. Wäre schade, der beste Platz bisher.

Idéal avant de repartir, proche de l’aéroport (20min). Camping très propre. Douche, WC, salle à manger et cuisine communes avec wifi. Pensez à laisser vos surplus de nourriture/gaz pour les prochains arrivants, c’est cool et pratique!

Recommended! Very nice facilities and helpful staff. Kitchen, showers, playgrounds and more... Plenty of space and a great location near by the airport.

Camping ouvert toute l’année, très bon emplacement près de l’aéroport, les services sont de qualité (douches, wc, cuisine...) grand choix de nourriture laissée par les campeurs terminant leur voyage. Nous y avons passé trois nuits en période hivernale, novembre 2019. 4800 ISK/personne/nuit

Très bon camping. Services de qualité. Super aire de jeux pour les enfants juste a côté des emplacements, parfait pour faire les valises tranquillement et nettoyer le camping car juste avant le depart, sans que ce soitune contrainte pour les enfants.

Meilleur camping où nous sommes passé. Un accueil chaleureux, l’endroit est ultra propre, la cuisine est immense, il y a plusieurs douches et wc très propres également. Le tout pour 3300 Isk pour 2 personnes avec van.
