Pleasant, quiet, useful overnight stop set back from road. Level area for couple of vans. Path into woods for dog walkers. Reasonable 4G on EE.

Nice park up but needed internet to work and had no service on EE Or O2. Had to drive on, but nice park up away from the road

Excellent spot, saw one other car all day. No 4g service on Vodafone, Three or EE, so bring a book and enjoy the quiet.

Quite, just off the main road. It is the entrance to a forestry track so there is some traffic up and down but nothing too disturbing.

Nice quiet spot. All alone after 7.30pm. Recommended.

Great little spot, nice and quiet. Only room for a few small campers. Have had it to our selves every time. Used frequently by dog walkers during the day as good forest walks just at end of the carpark.

Stayed here 23/8/19. nice quiet spot out of the way of the road(no traffic at night, more forestry and logging trucks early morning) surrounded by trees which give some good cover. if you go into Newcastleton, to the 7 Staines mtb trail head, which is the car park opposite the costcutter shop. Go up the side road and next to the fire station are toilets and great showers! 30p for each and showers don't have time limit.

Nice spot nearby the village “Newcastleton”. There’s a MTB park with a blue ands red line.
