The cozy restaurant in the Golddorf Tankavaara offers campers some electrified RV sites. These are located next to a red wooden fence. The simple and come in the days of the sanitary facilities of holiday cottages they may share. Also a newer sauna with wood stove is available. The restaurant also provides free Wi-Fi, which unfortunately does not reach the pitches.

Really nice place. Definitely try to search for gold. Ask for Kasper at the restaurant or visit his small „Nugget“ shop. Great guide and can tell you a lot about the minerals you find in the area.

Ja,es ist ein Aussergewöhnlicher Ort und auch eine außergewöhnliche Umgebung. 27 Euro Parkgebühr sind jedoch auch außergewöhnlich hoch. Wir waren im Goldmuseum dort kostet es schon 24 Euro Eintritt für 2 Personen.Wir sind weiter gefahren die 27 Euro sind es nicht wert. Hallo Ich

Ein toller Ort - man kann die Goldgräbergeschichte besichtigen - echten Goldgräbern im Saloon begegnen - im Nationalpark wandern - dabei steht man auf einem riesigen, gut gestalteten. Platz (keine Baustelle mehr!) - teilweise mit Stromanschluss. Ein echter Ort mit Charakter. Komme gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Spot. Sanitäre Anlagen brauchen ein großes Update. Ansonsten ungemütlich.

Der Parkplatz ist nichts besonderes und die Sanitäranlagen hab ich nicht ausprobiert. Aber der Ort ist echt speziell, im Restaurant sitzen richtige Goldwäscher und auf der anderen Strassenseite wird auch gerade alles umgegraben. Eine Stunde Goldwaschen kostet 12,- und das würde ich auf jeden machen. Hier findet jeder Gold, war zum Schluss eine Woche hier. Extrem authentisch alles kein Disneyworld

Caravan places next to parking place. Price 30e with electricity - with caravan card 27e. Diy kitchen just renowated, toilets would need renovation. Free 18 track frisbee golf track, excellent food on restaurant and gold panning were positive experiences. As a negative, there is no place for emptying brown water tank.

The camping area was just by the car park. Not very cozy or private. Showers, toilet and kitchen facilities were very small and worn out. Restaurant and museum area was nice.

Die Sanitäranlagen sind leider nicht nur alt sondern sehr dreckig, eng und eine Zumutung.

Das Essen war sehr gut , uriges Gasthaus, aber 25,—€ auch ohne Strom zum Übernachten . Wir sind weiter gefahren. Baustelle ist es immer noch.

Immer noch Baustelle, jedoch guter Platz. Im Restaurant sagenhaftes Essen. Sehr zu empfehlen
