Bonjour ! Nous sommes Annalisa, Daniele et notre petite Momo, et nous prenons soin de ce coin de paradis en suivant les principes de la permaculture et de l'autosuffisance.

Nous vous proposons un espace paisible où installer votre tente, camping-car ou caravane, au cœur de notre oliveraie, dans le calme, la nature et sous un ciel étoilé. ✨

Aucune restriction de hauteur ou de longueur n'est imposée pour les camping-cars et caravanes.

Le terrain, principalement rocailleux, est stable même par temps de pluie.

Vos animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus, à condition d'être tenus en laisse et de respecter les autres campeurs et l'environnement.

♻️ Gestion des déchets

Vous pouvez uniquement jeter :

Nous vous demandons simplement de trier vos déchets avec soin, c'est très important pour nous.

Le non-respect de cette consigne peut entraîner des frais supplémentaires pour la gestion des déchets.

L'évacuation des eaux grises et noires n'est pas possible.

Notre emplacement est idéal pour découvrir les merveilles de la région :

Syracuse, Noto, Canicattini Bagni, Cava Grande, Pantalica et la mer sont facilement accessibles.

Si vous aimez l'escalade, vous êtes au bon endroit : à quelques kilomètres seulement, vous trouverez certaines des plus belles parois rocheuses de la région.

Hello! We're Annalisa, Daniele, and little Momo, and we take care of this corner of the earth, following the principles of permaculture and self-sufficiency.

We offer a quiet space where you can pitch your tent, camper, or caravan, immersed in our olive grove, surrounded by silence, nature, and starry skies. ✨

There are no height or length restrictions for campers and caravans.

The terrain is mostly rocky, so it's stable even in rainy weather.

Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a leash and respect other guests and the environment.

Hallo! Wir sind Annalisa, Daniele und der kleine Momo und kümmern uns um dieses Fleckchen Erde nach den Prinzipien der Permakultur und Selbstversorgung.

Wir bieten einen ruhigen Platz in unserem Olivenhain, wo ihr euer Zelt, Wohnmobil oder euren Wohnwagen aufstellen könnt – umgeben von Stille, Natur und Sternenhimmel. ✨

Es gibt keine Höhen- oder Längenbeschränkungen für Wohnmobile und Wohnwagen.

Der Untergrund ist größtenteils felsig und daher auch bei Regenwetter stabil.

Haustiere sind willkommen, sofern sie an der Leine geführt werden und Rücksicht auf andere Gäste und die Umwelt nehmen.

(Handys und kleine Geräte können in der im Bau befindlichen Hütte aufgeladen werden)

Sie dürfen NUR folgende Abfälle entsorgen:

Wir bitten Sie lediglich, Ihren Abfall sorgfältig zu trennen. Dies ist uns sehr wichtig. Bei Nichteinhaltung kann eine geringe zusätzliche Gebühr für die Abfallentsorgung anfallen.

Die Entsorgung von Grauwasser und Schwarzwasser ist nicht möglich.

¡Hola! Somos Annalisa, Daniele y la pequeña Momo, y cuidamos este rincón del mundo siguiendo los principios de la permacultura y la autosuficiencia.

Ofrecemos un espacio tranquilo donde puedes instalar tu tienda de campaña, autocaravana o caravana, inmerso en nuestro olivar, rodeado de silencio, naturaleza y cielos estrellados. ✨

No hay restricciones de altura ni longitud para autocaravanas y caravanas.

El terreno es mayoritariamente rocoso, por lo que es estable incluso con lluvia.

Las mascotas son bienvenidas, siempre que vayan con correa y respeten a los demás huéspedes y el medio ambiente.

(Puedes cargar teléfonos y pequeños dispositivos en la cabaña en construcción)

Solo se permite desechar:

Les pedimos que separen cuidadosamente los residuos, algo muy importante para nosotros.

El incumplimiento de esta norma puede conllevar un pequeño cargo adicional por la gestión de residuos.

No es posible el vertido de aguas grises ni negras.

La ubicación es estratégica para explorar las maravillas de la zona:
Siracusa, Noto, Canicattini Bagni, Cava Grande, Pantalica y el mar, de fácil acceso.

Si le gusta la escalada, está en el lugar perfecto: a pocos kilómetros encontrará algunas de las paredes rocosas más impresionantes de la zona.

Mettiamo a disposizione uno spazio tranquillo dove poter sostare con tenda, camper o roulotte, immersi nel nostro uliveto, circondati da silenzio, natura e cieli stellati ✨

Nessun limite di altezza o lunghezza per camper e roulotte.
Il terreno è prevalentemente roccioso, quindi stabile anche in caso di pioggia.

Animali benvenuti, purché tenuti al guinzaglio e nel rispetto degli altri ospiti e dell’ambiente.

(possibilità di ricaricare telefoni e piccoli dispositivi nella casetta in costruzione)

Vi chiediamo semplicemente un po’ di attenzione nella raccolta differenziata, a cui teniamo molto.

Non è possibile effettuare lo scarico di acque grigie e nere

Se ami l’arrampicata, sei nel posto giusto: a pochi chilometri troverai alcune delle più belle pareti della zona.

Hallo! Wij zijn Annalisa, Daniele en de kleine Momo, en we zorgen voor dit stukje aarde volgens de principes van permacultuur en zelfvoorziening.

We bieden een rustige plek waar je je tent, camper of caravan kunt neerzetten, midden in onze olijfgaard, omringd door stilte, natuur en een sterrenhemel. ✨

Er zijn geen hoogte- of lengtebeperkingen voor campers en caravans.

Het terrein is voornamelijk rotsachtig, dus stabiel, zelfs bij regenachtig weer.

Huisdieren zijn welkom, mits ze aangelijnd zijn en respect hebben voor andere gasten en het milieu.

Beschikbare voorzieningen

* Kampeerplaatsen zonder elektriciteit
(telefoons en kleine apparaten kunnen worden opgeladen in de cabine die in aanbouw is)
* Warme douche
* Droogtoilet
* Drink- en niet-drinkwater
* Wasmachine beschikbaar voor €5

We vragen je vriendelijk om natuurlijke en biologisch afbreekbare producten te gebruiken, aangezien veel van het water wordt hergebruikt. ♻️

U mag ALLEEN het volgende afvoeren:

We vragen u vriendelijk om zorgvuldig met afvalscheiding om te gaan, dit is erg belangrijk voor ons.

Niet-naleving kan leiden tot een kleine extra vergoeding voor afvalverwerking.

Het afvoeren van grijs en zwart water is niet mogelijk.

Syracuse, Noto, Canicattini Bagni, Cava Grande, Pantalica en de zee zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar.

Als u van klimmen houdt, bent u hier aan het juiste adres: op slechts een paar kilometer afstand vindt u enkele van de mooiste rotswanden in de omgeving.
