We stayed here once before and absolutely loved it returned again as gave a beautiful weekend, lovely peaceful spot surrounded by trees and right on the lake perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking and even some fishing,

When you get to the parking, don't park in front of the house where people live, take the road on the right, there is another parking spot with no houses. We spent a very calm night, beautiful sunset on the lake!

Fabulous peaceful spot on the shore of the Lough. Views across the water, choice of open location or surrounded by trees by a slipway. some distant road noise but quiet enough to hear sheep the other side of the lake. Lovely! Oh and trois bancs maintenant, et même trois tables de pique nique. ?

Un banc, une table, des chants d’oiseaux et la paix totale. Des pêcheurs silencieux partent avec leurs bateaux d’ici le matin tôt. Passé une excellente nuit.

The best overnight parking up so far on our trip. Stunning location. No services and no bins but wow. we stayed 2 nights with no issues.

kieron687703/07/2023A nice quiet spot with excellent views just out of Drumshanbo. Two small áreas to choose from. A secluded corner off the main carpark or the carpark itself facing the lough. No facilities except the picnic tables and seats, just an amazing view. Spot of old water swimming if you're up for it.

Lovely tranquil little spot newly tarmac with space for possibly 3 motorhomes - car park spaces just 300 yards away with more space - ideal.

beautiful view of the lake, felt safe there, very quiet, had it to ourselves. The man who lives in the house behind was very kind and had no problem with us staying there.
