great little park up, popular with dog walkers. nice walk into town centre, plenty of bins (leave no trace). right on the waters edge but surprisingly calm and quiet. a few people parking up at night (11pm)but no real noise or annoyance. would stay again. there is a barrier at entrance but doesn't seem to be closed, might be a different in summer months.
Sitio muy tranquilo y agradable, pasamos una noche. Se puede pasear por la costa. Solo una cosa respetemos los entornos y las señalizaciones, seamos cívicos por el bien de todos y no hagamos que nos señalen.
Great view and flat park! But it is a very popular spot for dog walking. (so people walking around in the early morning and evening.
Stayed for one night with great sunrise in the morning. Sunday morning, it was busy a lot of walkers, so we joined others and had a nice morning walk along the coast. Kids happy with the playground there. During saturday night, a few cars moved around overlal great spot.

Super schöner Platz am Meer, hatten eine ruhige Nacht. Viele Spaziergänger mit Hunden unterwegs, was aber nicht störend ist. Alle super freundlich:)
Lovely flat coastal path walk from here. Stayed overnight. Quiet until 8ish when dog walkers start arriving.
Een fijn plekje pal aan zee. En dat gratis. Geen service, wel een enkele afvalvak. Je kunt er heerlijk langs de kust wandelen. Een heerlijke rustige nacht gehad.

Good location for walking (10-15 mins) into Wicklow without feeling town centre. Popular daytime car park for walkers etc. Slight slope. Views over the sea and easy access to coastal path.
Super Platz am Meer, kostenlos, Spielplatz und Badebucht nebenan. Ohne Service, dafür mit Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen.
Toller Platz, schöne Aussicht! Am Wasser sind Picknicktische. Weiter hinten Platz für Vans und größere Wohnmobile. Mülleimer vorhanden, ansonsten keine weiteren Einrichtungen (ich habe nicht drauf geachtet, ob es eine Toilette gibt).
Ein sehr schöner ruhiger Platz für die Nacht
worst sleep we've had in the van. we were woken by a group of drunk teenagers (40-50) shouting, smashing bottles and urinating in the car park from around 2am until 3am. the car park and walk is dirty. graffiti, broken glass and lots and lots of dog poo. frequented heavily by walkers in the morning and evening also. I wouldn't recommend this place.
lovely stop for the night. parking does get busy at times, but locals are very friendly and chatty. no issues overnight, some young people walking past at night but no trouble. cars passing through the night lots of dog walkers, runners and families using the park. lovely place beautiful walk to the castle and we spotted the seals close by. no services

Lovely spot overlooking the sea. Swing park nearby. Can be busy with dog walkers but you can walk for miles along the coastal path. The path at end of carpark takes you to a big Lidl and Tesco. There is a swimming pool along the same path which has a sauna and steam room. Fantastic value at €5-€9
Lovely park up with great walking for the dog. At the end of the car park, you walk under the flyover to join a riverside path that takes you into the town. Lots of dog walkers and not too busy. Views towards Wicklow town. No services.
Very convenient location right beside the sea, handy for walking into Wicklow town or to Tesco or Lidl across the footbridge beside the railway line. It does get very busy with dog walkers and families using the kids play area but peaceful overnight.
Ottimo parcheggio sul mare. Alle 18 molti posti liberi, ci siamo posizionati, insieme ad un altro van, nello spazio su ghiaia. Molto silenzioso Al mattino persone che corrono o con cani. Pochi metri un bel parco giochi Consigliato
Calme, tranquille, face à la mer. Nous nous sommes garé sur la zone en graviers, moins fun, pour ne pas prendre 2 places de voitures. Les voitures des locaux se garent un moment le matin et le soir puis repartent, pour les promenades des toutous et les baignades (12° dehors) avant et après le travail

Bon endroit pour dormir on est arrivé à 23h il y avait bien de la place le lendemain il c est bien rempli et oui il y a des promeneurs de chiens
Spent a Saturday night here, quiet spot in a cul-de-sac facing the sea. Tarmac parking bays, dog walkers and pedestrians turn up in early mornings. Pebble beach with an easier walkway nearby. Disappointed with the amount of dog poo left by owners!
We parked here for lunch on a Sunday. Lots of campers / motor homes parked up & walkers about. Beautiful views of the Irish Sea - However there is a height barrier on the entrance that was of course open. Worth keeping in mind that it is there & perhaps could be closed in the off season??
Parking sans barre donc accessible à tous. Pas de commodités, bord de mer donc potentiellement venteux. Beaucoup de promeneurs tôt le matin. Bruyant tôt le matin, luminaires allumés toute la nuit
Bon arrêt pour une nuit, calme et plat. Belle vue sur la mer Possible promenade à pied en bord de mer.
Parking bitumé sans limite de hauteur, pour jour et nuit, en bordure de mer, un tout petit peu bruyant car derrière une route et très fréquenté par les promeneurs et leurs chiens. L’endroit reste malgré tout assez calme durant la nuit, et n’est pas loin du centre-ville à pied…
Haben hier für eine Nacht geparkt. Viele Hundebesitzer kommen hier für einen Spaziergang hierher. Spielplatz und Skaterpark in der nähe. Ideal auch für Kinder.
Prima Platz direkt am Meer. Besonders gut für Hundebesitzer geeignet, weil es einen Spazierpfad am Meer entlang gibt. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig bequem in 20 min zu erreichen.
Platz direkt am Meer, meist ruhig. Dahinterliegende Straße nachts kaum befahren, Tische am Meer, teils etwas schräge Plätze, geteert.
Haben hier mit unserem Camper eine ruhige Nacht mit Meerblick verbracht. Direkt vom Parkplatz aus kann man einen Spaziergang am Meer entlang zu einem Leuchtturm und mehreren Restaurants machen. Es sind aber viele Hunde unterwegs. Daher lag viel Hundekot herum.
Tolle Aussicht, gebührenfrei. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und sicher.
Einfacher Parkplatz ohne Höhenbegrenzung, direkt am Meer. Parkbuchten maximal für Kastenwagen mit einer Länge von 6m geeignet - Überhang durch Böschung begrenzt nutzbar. im hinteren Teil kleiner Schotterplatz auch für größere Fahrzeuge (3-4) geeignet. Tagsüber stark frequentiert durch und Hundebesitzer. Schöner Pub mit gutem Essen ca 1 km am Strand entlang entfernt.
Perfect spot, by the sea. No services but plenty of space.
We parked here for two nights. The beach is lovely. Only downsides are some passersby talking loudly (most move on very quickly) and lights are quite bright. This actually made if feel safe and our RV blackout curtains kept it dark. About a 15-30 min walk into town. No services in the lot, but that was fine for us. We were in offseason and lot was about 3/4 full midday and mostly empty at night.

Nice quiet place with lots of spaces, sea view and path. Turned up 22/09/23 in the dark after getting off the ferry. Woke up and saw near the side of our van a load of scraps of vegetables and loads of chicken feet. It's no wonder many places get stopped for those good van people. Would recommend and would stay again.
Parking très calme avec une vue splendide au matin ! Des tables de pique-nique sont à disposition ainsi que des poubelles. Je recommande pour un stop sur Wicklow

Very nice place. Arrived at 7pm plenty of parking 6 campers here around us people very friendly . Made friends with other campers in few minutes after arrived . lovley walk around the bay and playground for kids 2min from the car park . No height restrictions
Un lugar tranquilo para pasar la noche a orillas del mar. Con Parque infantil y mesas de picnic. Dispone de papeleras pero no de basuras. Ningún servicio.
Great place, quiet, enough room for 5/6 motorhomes. Five min cycle/ten min walk to a lovely town with great choice of places to eat/drink
Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, aber abends stark von Einheimischen frequentiert. Morgens um 8 Uhr Betrieb durch Firmen in der Nähe. Nachts sehr stark beleuchtet. Gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Hund am Meer spazieren zu gehen. Mülleimer und Hundekotbeutel aus Papier vorhanden.
Parking bordé par la voie ferrée et surplombé par la route. Du va et vient causé par les propriétaires qui viennent promener leur animaux. Belle vue face à la mer.

Parking spacieux en front de mer. Pas de limite de hauteur. Un peu d'activités le soir car beaucoup de locaux viennent promener leurs chiens sur la jetée mais la nuit est tranquille. Tables de pique nique sur place ainsi qu'un terrain de jeux pour enfant. Le centre de Wicklow se trouve a 10-15min a pied.
Super schöner Parkplatz direkt am Meer, konnten uns ohne Probleme hinstellen und übernachten. Am Morgen sind wir um 08:30 dann wieder aufgebrochen zu unserem nächsten Ziel.

Beaucoup de place dispo et presque plate . L' ideal de se garer dans le sens de la route. Calme car on est stationné en contre bas de la route :aucun bruit la nuit. nombreuses Tables de pique nique. accès a la plage et promenade jusqu'a la ville. les locaux promène leur chien. Quelques places plates sur les graviers en face de la maison . A garder propre pour que les CC reste toléré
gorgeous sea views got to watch the boats with a coffee this morning on the picnic benches. 4 campers parked up but this is an area with 2 houses being lived in so bare this in mind. there is a lovely walk along the beach front. dog walkers out till late and out again early. there is a child's playground and skatepark area here. this is good as a late night pit stop not for extended park up.
Perhaps we arrived too early (at 8pm), but it was very busy, with large lorries taking up most of the space and we didn't feel comfortable so moved on elsewhere.
Arrivé vers 21h..de la place pour tous nous découvrons un magnifique parking bord de mer légèrement en pente (avec cale au soucis) calme, pas de vent, juste le bruit des vaguelettes sur cette magnifique jetée. Merci... Pour cette belle découverte
Busy place for locals so arrive late leave early so as not to cause upset. By the sea nice views and a short walk from Grey Dog and Brass Fox for food & Drinks. Reasonably flat otherwise no facilities.
