Magnifique emplacement calme avec vue sur la plage. La plage est fréquentée en journée, mais elle est moins fréquentée que beaucoup d'autres sur la côte de Wexford. Il y avait environ sept autres camping-cars la nuit où nous avons passé la nuit. La jolie promenade au sommet de la falaise jusqu'à la jetée de Cahore prend environ 15 minutes. Je reviendrai. Hauteur limitée à 2 m !

Beautiful, quiet location overlooking the beach. People visit the beach during the day, but it's less busy than many others on the Wexford coast. There were about seven other vans there the night we stayed. The lovely clifftop walk to Cahore Pier takes about 15 minutes. I'll be back. Height restriction of 2m!!

Schöne ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Strand. Menschen besuchen den Strand tagsüber, aber es ist ein weniger besuchter Strand als viele andere an der Küste von Wexford. In der Nacht, in der wir übernachteten, waren etwa sieben weitere Transporter dort. Der schöne Klippenspaziergang zum Cahore Pier dauert etwa 15 Minuten. Ich werde wiederkommen. Höhenbeschränkung auf 2m!!

Very quiet night no facilities but lovely view
mward03/01/2025Lovely spot, a few nice flat sections. We stayed in Winter on a very clear frosty night, only ones here. No services or streetlight so perfect for star gazing. Facing East so treated to beautiful early morning sunrise. Will return!

Grass area with slight slope, but a good spot for stopping for a night. Maybe avoid during wet and windy conditions as it’s quite exposed and the ground can get soft. Also beware lots of flies and midgets in summer so keep the doors closed!
ToddBoS07/08/2024Sehr schöner Platz mit Blick auf das Meer und Wellenrauschen. Wir hatten eine sehr ruhige Nacht. 3min zum Strand, etwa 15min am schönen Küstenweg zu einem Bistro mit ebenfalls schöner Aussicht. Das angegliederte Restaurant hat nur Donnerstag bis Sonntag geöffnet.

Toller Übernachtungsplatz allerdings ohne Service,aber Blick auf den Strand. Ort mit Restaurant in der Nähe. Wir standen am 20.7.2024 mit 8 Wohnmobilen dort und es war noch reichlich Platz.

Great spot, two grassy parking areas with plenty of room ..only one other campervan there with us... quiet and an easy walk to the beach and to a little sweet shop in the nearby caravan/mobile park. there was a chip van there too.

Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, der eigentlich für die Strandbesucher eingerichtet wurde. Da es kein Übernachtungsverbot gibt, nutzen dies viele Einheimische mit ihren Wohnmobilen, aber auch Wohnwagen. Leider hinterlassen einige Gäste ihren Müll, Grillkohlereste und den Inhalt ihrer Toiletten. Wenn das so weitergeht, wird auch dieser traumhafte Platz bald gesperrt sein.

Cliff top parking, grass clearing in a field provided by the council. No services but beautiful quiet stop. short walk to Cahore beach. Nice 5km route on Wexford coastal path to Cahore pier. Plenty of seal sightings.

I think the coordinates are wrong for this? The spot pictured is the left turn before you get to where gps brings you. Either way, neither are flat, with no parking signs at one. We didn't stay at either. However the beach is lovely so would be fine for a day
