Convenient, right next to the toilets. it's not where it's marked on the map though. There's a signpost for the toilets behind the café on the hoe, maybe a hundred yards east of the memorial.
Eau potable gratuite! Eau potable gratuite sur le côté du mémorial face à la mer. Pas d'accès aux véhicules sauf si vous avez un badge désactivé. Cependant, c'est juste une courte distance de marche du parking routier au robinet (100-150 mètres) afin que vous puissiez facilement remplir un conteneur.

Free drinking water at the side of the memorial facing the sea. No vehicle access unless you have a disabled badge. However, it's just a short walk from road parking to the tap (100-150 meters) so you can easily fill up a container.
Freies Trinkwasser! Freies Trinkwasser an der dem Meer zugewandten Seite des Denkmals. Parken direkt neben der Mauer der alten Citadelle möglich. Nur ca. 20m vom Straßenparkplatz bis zum Wasserhahn, sodass Sie problemlos einen Container auffüllen können.

Valivanrein21/08/2023Super Trinkwasser, tolle Wasserqualität. Eine 2l Flasche kann in wenigen Sekunden befüllt werden - auch das befüllen von 5l Kanistern ist problemlos möglich. Saubere, öffentliche Toiletten (50p) befinden sich direkt dahinter. Free WiFi!
MahiDeva01/08/2022Just to clarify the water dispenser is outside the hoe promenade toilets to the far right of the memorial by the cafe/main road. I easily filled up a 5 litre bottle. Anything else may be too big/cumbersome.
