Il surplombe la voie ferrée, un endroit parfait pour prendre des photos. Idéal pour une journée complète à Pickering. À quelques minutes à pied de la gare. Un préposé est présent le matin ; sinon, payez à la boîte à dons. 7 £ par jour. Traversez la voie ferrée et prenez la prochaine à gauche. Tournez immédiatement à droite après avoir traversé la voie ferrée. Quai 3, Undercliffe, YO18 7BB.
Le stationnement de nuit coûte 20 £ sans électricité et 25 £ avec électricité. Un ticket de nuit est valable de 8 h à 22 h le lendemain soir.
Un préposé est présent le matin pendant la saison touristique. Vous pouvez réserver à l'avance ou payer à la boîte à dons. Veuillez payer à votre arrivée ou me contacter pour obtenir un lien de paiement si vous n'avez pas réservé. Vous pouvez réserver votre place de parking à l'avance en envoyant un SMS au 07867 903928 avec votre numéro d'immatriculation et les dates de votre séjour. Un lien de paiement vous sera ensuite envoyé. Les tickets réservés seront déposés près de la boîte à contributions. Veuillez préciser s'il s'agit d'un ticket journée ou soirée et si vous souhaitez une prise électrique. Les places avec prise électrique sont uniquement disponibles à proximité ou dans les emplacements réservés aux personnes handicapées (aucune carte de stationnement n'est requise).
Le stationnement de nuit pendant le week-end de la guerre de Pickering est proposé à 30 £ par nuit, incluant le stationnement pour les deux jours. De l'eau potable est disponible sur demande et l'électricité est proposée en option pour 5 £ supplémentaires (quantité limitée).
Platform 3 Car Park - Long term car park. Not the official railway car park. This large flat car park allows for campervans, plenty of space. Overlooks the railway line, great for photography. Great for a full day in Pickering. A few minutes walk from the railway. Attendant on site in the morning otherwise pay at the honesty box. £7 per day. Go over the railway line and take the next left. Turn right immediately after crossing the railway line. Platform 3, Undercliffe, YO18 7BB.
Overnight parking is £20 without electric, £25 with electric. An overnight ticket is valid from 8am until 10pm the following evening.
There is an attendant on site in the mornings during tourist season. You can either pre book or use the honesty box to pay for parking. Please either pay or message me for a payment link when you arrive if not pre booked.
Parking can be pre booked by sending a text message to 07867 903928. With your reg number and dates you wish to stay. A payment link will then be sent to you. Pre booked tickets will be left by the honesty box. Please state if it's a day or evening ticket and if electric is required. Spaces with electric are only available near to, or in the disabled bays (You don't need a badge.)
Overnight parking during the Pickering War Weekend is available for £30 per night. Which includes parking for both full days. There is fresh water available if needed and electric for an extra £5 if required (limited amount)

Das Parken über Nacht kostet 20 £ ohne Strom und 25 £ mit Strom. Ein Übernachtungsticket ist von 8:00 Uhr morgens bis 22:00 Uhr am Folgetag gültig.

Parkplätze mit Stromanschluss befinden sich nur in der Nähe von oder auf Behindertenparkplätzen (Sie benötigen keinen Behindertenparkausweis). Hay un vigilante en el aparcamiento por la mañana; de lo contrario, pague en la caja de autoservicio. 7 £ al día. Cruce la vía férrea y tome la siguiente a la izquierda. Gire a la derecha inmediatamente después de cruzar la vía. Andén 3, Undercliffe, YO18 7BB.

UltraAngel7702/03/2026Arrived around 2pm on Saturday, sign advised if no attendant with High Viz to leave money and a note in the honesty box which we did. Sign only mentioned £7 per day until 10pm, nothing about overnight so took out chances and dropped £20 in the honesty box. Ticket was put on the van that said paid o/n. Peaceful, only one other motorhome. No facilities but 2 bins. Would definitely come back.

stevenjen112/10/2025Good stopover but we got there at 6pm payed £7 in the pay box but didn’t realise you had to pay £20 for the staying the night that’s no problem had a wander into town for a meal and a couple of drinks then got a ticket at 8am in the morning on the windscreen to say we had to pay an extra £23 on top of the fee because it’s war weekend so £30 for 14 hours at least they could have had a sign saying

Great value. We arrived at 17:30, spent the night, then had until 22:00 the next day to park and visit Pickering etc. All for £20.

Not the best for 20 pounds. No services at all. not even a bin. Don't be fooled by the table and umbrella as there is no cafe either. Good for dogs though as there is a big off lead area over Pickering Beck. Very quiet at night.

Great park up for £20, £7 a day which we was paying anyway for railway, £20 gets you 2 days parking and the night through, water on site, we chose to park close too the line 5m away from line to watch steam trains coming and leaving, no train noises through night etc for what we used it for (was using the railway line anyway) can’t complain, wouldn’t pay £20 if we was arriving late / leaving early

Parking during the day is £7 staying overnight is £17 but covers you for 24 hours. Great location loads of space to park, short walk into town. Need to speak to attendant to pay or there is an honesty box if not available.

Note: No overnight stays allowed anymore We came for the day and enquired about staying over but they've stopped allowing it. However this is a perfect place to park your campervan for the day. Huge carpark, walking distance into Pickering.

steelaway09/09/2020Now charging £12 to stay overnight. They do include free water and a toilet. Nice spot but it still seems a bit expensive. £5 for all day parking and you can catch the steam train into Whitby for the day.
