Lovely place! We stopped off on the way to a campsite we had already booked, had we not, we would have stayed the night here. There's no signs stating no overnight parking. Very close to the walking trail which is busy with cyclists, horse riders and dog walkers but they were all friendly. Picnic benches and bins provided. Please don't ruin this place for others and leave it as you found it!

Great spot, right on the camel trail for lovely walks, locals were friendly and we were completely undisturbed all night! Car park is a bit muddy this time of year hence losing a star. There is a bin so no excuses to not keep it clean and tidy!

Nice place to park up and take a walk. The remains of wenford dries is next to here, with some interesting and very skillful graffiti and you can walk along the camel trail to snails pace cafe as well. Quite busy, with cyclists and dog walkers as you would expect on the camel trail. Certainly a nice place to spend some time. Not sure about overnight didn’t notice any restrictions, but wasn’t really looking as we don’t live to far away so didn’t need to stay the night.

AndySP has wrong car park. He is right, There is a car park next to the snails pace café and cycle hire but that one is not suitable for overnight because it is next to a house. And it is not at this pin location. This location is next to the disused factory and looks fine for overnight.

Very quiet, level carpark by the camel trail. Great for cyclists/dog walkers. Undisturbed all night, surprisingly empty for a bank holiday weekend. The river next to this park up is easily accessible for a morning walk. Security vehicle around the area until 11pm but never bothered us, we think he was there because of the closed China clay site next to the trail.

This is the car park for the pottery shop, immediately next to it is the start of the camel trail cycle route. AND the fab eco Snail café; we parked for two nights free in this space...PL30 3PN...as a suggestion of courtesy please use the cafe...thanks.
